Horrible horrible horrible customer service. This is the second time I have tried to send something from the store overnight but the manager Laura Wardingley said that I cannot put my overnight product in the box inside the store. Wants you to go outside and package it because she is afraid it will scratch her counters. The supplies I was putting in the box were small and plastic! Don’t understand how businesses like this operate. I use the UPS store all over North Florida for my company we are actually a UPS store business partner and are able to do internal work ordering etc. I left and went to Federal Express where I had no issue once again.

UPS continues to allow shipment of endangered wildlife, aka «Trophy Hunts». I will never use UPS again, and advise others to use an alternate shipping company.

Close to home — that always helps. Went here for the second time today. Even though I had to stand in line (can you believe it — at The UPS Store!), it was a great experience. They devote the necessary time taking care of each client – and we all know some folks take longer than others. When it was my turn, my clerk was very polite and matched my (quicker) speed, and got me on my way.
