Wow! This place reminds me of the Michelin restaurants in Paris: excellent service and unique delicious food. Every bite was delicious. Most of the wine pairings were tasteful, the port and sherry is not might thing, so I didn’t care for it. It is pricey, but if the restaurant charges $ 150 if you cancel the reservation with less than 24hrs notice, what do you expect? We wanted to try something new and ended up enjoying this place very much. Small quiet intimate setting. You can see the cooks preparing in the back which was impressive. Service superb. I thought it would just be a one time thing. But when the chef personally came out to thank us(he does this for every table), I knew we were coming back again. Something personal and friendly like that means a lot.

This is a DIVINE culinary experience. Even the MOSTDISCERNING foodie is sure to be impressed. Everything was 5⁄5! Service Food Ambiance Our 8(well, ended up being 10… considering the gift from the chef both before/after the meal!) course meal took about 3 hours. The menu was: Langostino King crab Oyster and cavier Foie gras Toothfish(chilean sea bass) Duck 72 hour short rib/waygu beef Sorbet Chocolates The flavors chef Austin put together are TOODIE for. Really unique pairings so each bite is an explosion in your mouth. ONEWORDOFCAUTION… I had no idea the price going in, so the bill was(not really) a shock. Everything all together with tip was close to my monthly car payment. Was it worth it? EVERY. SINGLE. FREAKING. BITE!

The best restaurant in The Woodlands, easily. Yes, it costs more, yes, the seating times are limited, yes, it’s a fixed 8-course meal. I understand these are all restrictions that may deter most from trying this, but if you’ve ever watched Top Chef and thought, ‘I want to eat that right now,’ then you need to add this to your list. Save it for a special event and be prepared to have an incredible dining experience.

We got this as a wedding gift for 2 friends and the staff went above and beyond to make them feel special. It was so easy to plan this evening with the manager of reservations even from Paris where I am located. Everything went so smoothly welcoming our friends and we just received an email from them saying it was an unforgettable experience for the food and the people. Thank you cureight!

Excellent food and excellent service from Lisa! We loved the Artisan Bread Board — a total deal for $ 5! The Fairytale Pumpkin Bisque was absolutely delicious and don’t even get me started on the Candied Brussel Sprouts — they are a must have. Everything we tried was well worth our visit and we will most definitely be back. Great value for Chef driven menu.

We had a fantastic experience last night at Cureight. First off, Adam our waiter was amazing. Definitely the best waiter I’ve ever had. He definitely loves his job, loves food and loves helping people have a tremendous experience at Cureight. The menu changes often and doesn’t necessarily match the website as the chef is as creative as they come plus it’ll vary depending on the ingredients he gets in that day. For example, the website had an octopus dish but it was a different cuttlefish dish last night. Good thing for me because this was my favorite dish of the whole night! The Rohan duck was spectacular. I’ve never had a piece of meat of any sort as tender as this duck. The A5 wagyu was excellent of course. What set this experience apart from all the other places I’ve visited is their success at creating a whole memorable experience versus just serving you food. Adam gave awesome insight into each dish and each ingredient which made the experience much better. After dinner, the pastry chef and executive chef came by and spoke with us for a bit which was really nice. The desserts were excellent. The petite fours were amazing; a pumpkin macaroon and homemade marshmallow. Amazing! The sorbet was perfect and the olive oil cake with fig ice cream were on point. And then, I loved the way Adam presented the take home gift. He said something along the lines of our Cureight experience continues into tomorrow with the homemade coffee cakes. What an experience, what great food, what great service. The chef even gives you his card with phone number on it so if you ever want to know when he changes the menu, just call him! What a great touch. We’ll be back for sure!

Cureight is an amazing experience! Special occasions, impressing moments or simply to treat yourself. We were escorted to a private area in the restaurant where you can see the chefs creating a special night for everyone. Adam was our lead server for the evening. He was awesome, perfect personality for the experience and was very well versed on every dish. Derrick provided the wine /exotic drink pairing experience and Ross executed on the movement of the dishes to and from the table with help from his team members. .. It was like clock work, these gentlemen did not skip a beat. The food. .. Wow! The langoustines, first course with charred fresh hearts of palm was one of my favorite dishes of the night. The second course was oyster and pearl /caviar /truffles pure elegance in a bowl. Third course. .. octopus squid ink scallop ravioli in a saffron sea broth another favorite so delicious. Fourth course. .. Duck(I love duck), Fifth course. .. Foie, Sixth course. .. Wagyu beef and amazing desserts to close out the evening! This was a very special and memorable experience! Austin the executive chef came to the table and engaged with us about the overall experience as well as the pastry chef Nguyen. Both Austin and Nguyen were extremely passionate about their craft and clearly innovative and talented. I will make this a regular treat so that I continue to surprise my pallet with creative flavors and combinations. True elegance is how I would sum up the evening. Highly recommended!

This was one of the best dinners I have ever had. The attention to detail from the moment you walked in was fabulous !! The service was superb, wine pairings were spot on, and Chef Austin’s tasting menu was exceeded our expectations and then some. Can’t wait to go back to try the next menu.

Another amazing Chef Austin special! A journey of the senses with great food and wine pairings! Highly recommend… one of the best experiences in a long time! The restaurant is located inside of Hubble & Hudson Bistro and is a chef’s tasting menu. I was told by our wonderful waiter that items change every few weeks. You can choose no wine pairings, wine pairings or «exotic pairings»(there will be a mix of wine, cocktails and beer). There were eight courses in total and each one of them was simply amazing! There are four tables of four and a large 10 person table right in front of the kitchen. You are able to see Chef Austin prepare each course. We received a personalized thank you note and a take home pastry for breakfast! It is a very personalized experience. I overheard the one of the gentleman next to us say he was allergic to shellfish(which was in three of the courses), they were able to accommodate on the spot. The restaurant is open Thursday, Friday and Saturday evenings. Even though I have moved downtown, H&H is still my all time favorite restaurant… we will definitely be back!
