I got the Cypress Creek A/C contact from my local church directory. The folks were nice, professional, and on time. They were not, however, able to do a very basic service to my A/C unit. My main A/C drain line was clogged. After the rep came out, he did not have a pipe snake and told me he was not allowed to blow air through the line to clear the clog. I was a bit taken aback, because how else was he to fix the issue? His response was total line replacement. I paid the service charge(!?!) for him to come out even though no service was provided. I then fixed the issue myself with a Shop Vac on the line. Nice folks, just couldn’t fix a basic issue. Update: Was contacted by Dave from CC A/C. Working on a resolution. Kudos to them for offering to make things whole. Adjusting review upwards for them reaching out.

I worked directly with the owner Dave and they are very professional. After having some issues with my heating over the winter he sent over his technician. I can tell the tech was trained properly in customer service and very courteous. He also educated me on the issues instead of leaving me guessing and with a dollar number. Anyhow — the heating issue was solved and haven’t had any issues since. I also signed up for their VIP services which allows you to be placed on priority of calls. Thought it was neat but also good to know i have someone i could trust from here on out.
