I love love Jersey Mikes but this place needs to pick up the pace!!! Place employees in the right work areas they are fast at. How about a manager or shift leader prompting employees to work faster and not at a turtles pace perhaps?

The business model seems to be: Let’s copy Subwa¥, except we’ll only offer two types of bread, and we won’t offer as many toppings, but we’ll make up for for charging a lot more. By the way, my sandwich looked nothing like the photos posted on Unilocal.The scant portion of meat lacked flavor; the cheese, about as thin as a sheet of paper, was hidden well.

Sandwich was okay and that is the reason for the 2 stars, but service was not good. Line was confused, and took orders out of order. Then was called up to the counter for the wrong order. Waited too long.

First and last time to JM’s. Overall a disappointing lunch. It seemed a disorganized mess behind the counter. The staff was taking cold sub orders ahead of hot sub orders. Confusing. My chicken parm sub tasted like freezer. I mean why serve something that doesn’t taste good? Dining area was also dirty with leftover food all over the tables. Just not a good experience.

Jersey Mikes doesn’t have a great system for customer service. Customers that want hot subs get their order first, and then it takes longer than usual to get your order for a hot sub. The prices are higher than I’d pay for a sub and a drink. You’d have a better experience at at Jimmy Johns.

So glad they opened up in the Woodlands on College Park. The best Philly Cheese steaks in the Woodlands hands down. The #9 and the #13 amazing cold subs. They also roast their own roast beef and its to die for.

Just returned from a delicious lunch at Jersey Mike’s! Hubby and I split the Big Kahuna cheesesteak and club subs. Both were so good and so HUGE that we ended up bringing leftovers home. Staff was very friendly and it was super clean in the restaurant. We will most definitely be going back! :)
