Summary: Find another place to have your labwork drawn. The employees are incredibly rude, lazy and clueless. I recently went here with a family member to have some very simple blood work done. It took way too long. The people who worked there were rude and lazy. And my loved one had a large, lumpy black bruise the next day, which has never happened before to them. That’s the short version. Now, here are the details: 1. When we got there, the small waiting area was absolutely empty. We signed in. It took a good while for anyone to even acknowledge that we were there. There were three employees, talking loudly — evidently to another man who appeared to be a patient. At least one of the female employees sounded as if she was flirting with the guy, who seemed to linger a lot longer than what it takes to draw blood. 2. Another patient walked in behind us and signed in. And she was actually seen before we were. I could tell she was about to say something to the employee who showed his face, but she decided against it. Ok. No problem. 3. Evidently flirty patient dude left. The female employee appeared to lose all interest in being there and exited the waiting area — to take a break presumably. We never saw her after that. 4. The dude that gave my loved one paper work to fill out walked past us and disappeared, too. 5. There was one female employee still remaining. She decided to make a phone call instead of waiting on us. 6. It took TWENTYFIVE minutes to have blood drawn. No one was in the waiting room.(One person came in after us, who they waited on first.) And there were THREE employees on duty. Sadly, the three employees there chose to put their work-place social lives ahead of serving the patients. I have never seen such a blatant disregard for patients. Ever. In fact, I’ve been to LabQuest before when they had two employees holding down a really big waiting area FULL of patients, and it was much quicker.
