Went to Om on 9÷10÷15 spent $ 1094.37 this was on a computer&extra memory. They sent the wrong part so went to get refund for the whole thing. When they process my refund I only got $ 1017.50 apparently $ 76.86 I won’t get refunded until the warehouse gets the part back. It was not my fault that they sent the wrong part in the first place. I paid for part at the store I should get full refund at store. I will never do business here Again and should have went to Best Buy. I also plan on filing a complaint with the Better Business Bureau.

Average office supply store. I came into the store shortly after they opened. I was in a suit and tie. I had to buy paper and ink cartridges. As I was looking at the ink cartridges, which coincidentally enough have security tags and are encased in big plastic boxes, when I noticed that «undercover security» was eyeing me suspiciously. I guess I look like a white-​collar criminal trying to figure out a way to steal $ 90 worth of ink. Trust me, OM. I’m not going to risk going to jail for less than $ 100 worth of printer ink. For the record, I wasn’t offended. It kinda made me chuckle. If I would have only noticed him sooner, I would have done more suspicious activity and walked around the store more just to make him get his exercise.

I had a great experience here today. The staff was helpful. I was helped by a man that was the printing specialist until one of the tech guys could help me. I told them what I needed out of a laptop and they helped me with no problems. They didn’t try to sell me anything that I didn’t need. I also paid for the extra protection.
The only reason they did not get that 5^th star was they wouldn’t give me a military discount or take a $ 15 coupon I had. I mean I’m spending $ 700 can’t help a vet out?
