This little/big strip mall has just about everything you need. From a tire center(where they pump air in my tires for free, to a Starbucks café, a McDonalds which I’m guilty of driving thru, to a Children’s «Museum» which is more like a play place for kiddos under 6, this place seems to have it all. I also saw a Mexican restaurant which I may soon have to check out, Randall’s grocery store, a bank, a gas station, a pizza place which doesn’t sound bad, a diner with some outdoor seating, a CVS, a Sears, and a few boutiques which are calling my name. Quick easy access parking and located in Panther Creek village.

So, mathnasium panther creek, entered the establishment and was presented pleasantly enough a test with my sons scores, all pretty good, purpose of which is to place out of 7 th grade pre-algebra, i do understand this is maybe not the average reason for this center, he was invited to take tests next year based on his aptitude. A man was our guide and presented us the scores, his name was john apalko, he began with the scores and told me that the kiddo was going to need hours of computer testing or book times over the summer, all of which of course is costly. He then outlined a process to do this. I, perhaps unfortunately, am a physical chemistry BA and an internal medicine physician and also a medical hematologist oncologist. I would like to know a bit of the outcomes of such investment and their throughput. My 12 year old son is next to me this entire encounter. I politely asked what the endpoint is. He stated he can’t say as it depends on how many hours he puts in the center($) and how hard he concentrates. There is no tutalage unless the kiddo or the centers staff,(i saw three older women monitoring three very young kids) pops up to ask for or receive help. Upon this he abruptly stood up and stated I needed to leave immediately. I asked why and he stated i was raising my voice. I clearly wasn’t and my son agreed,(he would know). I asked him why he was behaving in such a manor and he again simply stated leave now, «i have people here and you are interrupting their teaching» the center of course is crickets since i entered. no tutalage is being offered. I asked at that point if perhaps someone slightly higher up may be able to communicate with me. I am then completely blown away, he is the owner. Needless. I can confidently say that this is a franchise, it has its standard published testing, but you need to seriously consider what you are paying for. A tutor with an online sub is likely going to be far far better for your child. And this gentleman needs counseling. After all, if an adult who cannot confront a simple question as to what his business means to the child after the time we spend and pay for, really needs to consider what he is doing. I suggest little. mathnasium panther creek, the woodlands, tx –for search engines

This is the most pleasant shopping center to visit in The Woodlands. It feels intimate and relaxed… even the parking lot is kind-of-intimate with interspersed trees along the long curve of parking.

Panther Creek Shopping Center is one of the older shopping centers in The Woodlands but it still is very functional and has some of my favorite business… like Brooklyn Café(73 check ins and counting since July 2010) and Village Cuts. They also have a fairly nice Randalls and the CVS is currently being expanded.
