let’s start with i am a huge pizza hut fan. I order from pizza hut all the time. this was my 1st time at this location. what a disappointment. I ordered a medium pan pizza. the crust was so greasy it was non-edible. I also had the mozzarella stuffed garlic knots. All the cheese had leaked out & was hard, but, somehow they were under cooked. hmmmm, figure that one out.

Love this Pizza Hut! We always get pizzas in 20 minutes and its always picture worthy! Cant beat stuffed crust! Great customer service

Been ordering from here for years and rarely a problem. But yesterday we preordered for delivery at 8 tonight. It didn’t show up so we called to inquire. The only problem I have is with the central call center not finding our order. But I must say when the delivery arrived the driver was very apologetic and already applied a 50% discount. Very Proactive and settled me down pretty quickly. I appreciated the fact that they didn’t wait for me to ask and he was honest with what happened. Thanks guys.

If I could give this store a zero I would. Tonight we ordered from them. The wait was forecasted as an hour before delivery. After waiting more than an hour and a half with no word from the store we attempted to call them. The number posted goes to a call center NOT the store. First time they said they were transferring us to a store but all the did was connect us to a busy tone. Second time I called they said they would have a manager call me back in another 30 minutes, And I told them that was too long and I wanted to just canx my order at this point since our kids were hungry and we were having to cook for them. They said a manager had to canx it. They attempted to transfer me to a manager and once again transferred me to a busy signal. I called a third time and told the girl I wanted to canx my order and wanted a full refund. She acted stupid and said«a FULL refund»? I told her yes. She said she canx my order but a manager would call me and she didn’t think I wouldn’t be charged. Later the delivery driver showed up with COLD pizza. I told him I cancelled the order. He said well there was a wreck on the freeway. Note– we live 5 miles from them and it’s a straight shot down 242 so you wouldn’t take the freeway. This is the second time this has happened with this store. I will Never order from them again. The managers don’t call and they don’t care about customer service. Order from anywhere but here.

Have given this location several chances because Pizza Hut is one of my favorites and this one delivers to me, but I seem to be let down every time. Pizza is hit or miss(don’t order thin crust) and even when you put your order through the website they inevitably get something wrong. Things like pay for extra marinara and of course it gets left off. Try calling them and it takes several minutes to get through, lucky if you don’t get the olé pick up hang up trick. This place must be run by children.

Ordered 1 large pizza and some soda for graveyard shift with co-workers. Called at 9:30pm and was told it would be a 2 hour delivery time(it was a Sunday night). Ok, fine… we’ll be good and hungry by then! Our delivery guy showed up at 11:38 pm with a stone cold pizza. Did they make it when we ordered at 9:30 and just let it sit there? Sure seemed so. I called the number on the receipt to voice a complaint, but was hung up on 3 times! Never, ever again will I give Pizza Hut any of my business! If I could give ZERO stars, I would!

Very disappointed with this location. I am actually surprised because the last time I ordered from here the pizza was great. I would mostly blame the person that delivered my pizza. When I opened the book I was shocked to see the pizza was all to one side. I’m sure she probably dropped it and instead of fixing the error, she gave me the pizza. I then had to wait another hour for a new pizza to arrive.

After they changed the pan pizza it hasn’t been as good. But it’s still okay. Everything else is pretty good. I would not recommend delivery until 242 construction is over!

I’ve been ordering from this location about 1+ times per month for the past year and a quarter. It has been consistently good, accurate and right on time and often early. I order almost exclusively pizzas and sodas. It’s not gourmet pizza of course, but it is very good for the kind of franchise pizza that Pizza Hut offers. Sometimes I pick up my order, and other times have it delivered. Each way has been just as ordered, and the local staff and delivery persons have been professional. The only problem I ever had was about a year ago when I called the number from the website to check on something or change my order. I got the most unprofessional boiler room full of people supposedly providing customer service. They were not paying attention to the caller — me, and were laughing and telling jokes among themselves. They were rude when I tried to get attention to my call. I went into my local store and was still annoyed. I told the manager about my experience. He apologized and told me that this unfortunately a known problem. He said to please call the local store directly and they would be much more responsive. Since this, I have had no problems at all. I did not deduct stars for the call center, because it would not be fair to blame the local shop for something out of their control. Whenever I stop in, they are always just humming with orders and deliveries. It seems they are providing well for more customers than just me! Tonight’s delivery arrived 10 minutes earlier than the online time estimate.

I would choose zero stars if availible. My chicken wings were not cooked all the way and completely gross. There was barely any cheese on my pizza, more sauce and less cheese. And the pizza(all 3) were gross and not hot. I ordered cheesesticks,(paid extra) and received breadsticks that were cold and tough to eat. when I called to get the store number,(misplaced my reciept), the employee was rude and didn’t want to give me the store number. I ended up looking harder for my reciept, found it and filled out a survey. I would recommend Dominoes, Papa johns or papa murphys. I will never order from pizza hut again, not even if they were to give me free pizza and were the last pizza resturant open. Seriously.

I’d choose no stars if that was an option. We called in an order for 1 med, 2 lg, and wings. The absolute morons at the call center took all my information & ran a charge of 59& change. They didn’t even know the menu-I had to ask for someone else. The Order was to take an hour for delivery. Called back to verify time-you can only talk to workers at the call center when you call the local number. You cannot talk to store directly. After 1 ½ hours, no pizza-called pizza number… again-idiot incompetent call center employees now said no order in system. Still not getting anywhere, tried asking for manager at store location-they cannot connect you. You only get transferred to another call center director who’s as incompetent. Avoid this place at all cost. Too many good pizza places to have to deal with this place & the absolutely worst customer service ever.

Sad day! Ordered 2 pizzas around 6:40pm and did not receive until 8:20pm. Called multiple times and was transferred to the«online rep» and was told that the driver would be there in 5−10min. PIZZAWASCOLD! Three sad kids and a pissed off dad.

I’ve ordered from this pizza hut for the past 4 years off and on. I don’t think they have EVER gotten an order correct. EVER! Even if I place the order online. It doesn’t matter. I’ve even been there to pick up my order and all they do is to go orders. There are maybe 3 employees at any time and obviously they don’t speak to each other. I have had so many wrong pizzas… Wrong size, more sauce instead of less, wrong toppings. So many other things wrong… No marinara or garlic sauce(they charge for those), bone in wings instead of boneless, forgotten pizzas & breadsticks, cold pizzas, you name it! And the customer service is TERRIBLE! I think they’re so used to messing things up that it’s expected! How frigging hard can it be to put together an order? Shouldn’t the delivery guy check an order before he leaves a store? Needless to say, we no longer order pizza hut. I would rather take the time & drive to Grimaldi’s. At least they seem to care.
