I order a pizza from this restaurant and two hours later my pizza was never delivered. I called three times and was assured my order would be delivered on time. Needless to say it was not and I cancelled my order. I received horrible service and no PIZZA

Twice now I have ordered delivery from this location with horrible results. I gave them a second chance because I figured the first time may have been a fluke. I gave them several months in between to improve. Nope, didnt happen. This time, I ordered the pizza and dessert before breakfast to arrive as a lunch birthday surprise for my husband. They were 45 mins late. I guess thats small improvement, they were 1.5 hrs late last time(by late I mean BEYOND the estimated delivery time provided at the time you place your order, which has already been charged to your CC). They gave me the same BS excuse this time that they did last: theres construction near the entrance to the location and traffic was bad(several months later, mind you). Um, no. I was eating dinner at the restaurant next door 2 days ago. There is no construction and it take 6 mins to get to my house from your location. Im done with Pizza Hut. There are too many delicious options in this area to put up with that nonsense.

This used to be a great location! Pizza was always here on time or early and was always right. NOW however is a different story… Twice in a row where the pizza has been more than 30 minutes late and cold when it got here. Calling the store number was pointless, it takes you to the corporate answering service and they«relay» the message for you. Looks like it’s time to call Papa Johns!

Ok where to start. Ordered half meat lovers half double cheese with extra sauce, deep dish large pizza. After being delivered to the wrong hotel. we got a cold meat and cheese pizza with no sauce on regular crust. Should have known nothing was going to go right when they hung up on us twice while trying to make the order.

I ordered online and it took an hour and a half to get the food, even though I live 3 minutes away. The timing didn’t bother me until I sat down to eat and opened the box to find the wrong pizza and it was cold, dried out and drenched in grease, I couldn’t eat it, and I couldn’t get a replacement because it didn’t get to my house until 20 minutes after they closed. So I called the following day to talk to a manager and she told me that I would be credited for the pizza, that was fine with me. 6 days later I call to make an order, I asked about the credit, they said that I didn’t have one and then transferred me to customer service. Then the customer service rep put me on hold to call the store and verify my credit. They said I had none. The best she could do for me was give me $ 5 off my current order, are you kidding me? Keep me on the phone for over 20 minutes and then you can’t even replace the pizza that I paid for and never received? What kind of customer service is that? I’m sure giving me a pizza would’ve probably bankrupted the company, I mean the cost to make must be about $ 1.20, no thank you, goodbye forever Pizza Hut!

Wow… I do not know where to start with the disappointment at this location. Issues started in October 2015, I placed an order for my son’s birthday party THENIGHTBEFORE and they were still late! The manager was rude and sounded bothered that I was a little less than thrilled with the inconvenience. I ordered over $ 100 in pizza’s the night before it was needed — time management anyone? I was hesitate to order from them again and did so about 1.5 months later. The pizza, wings and breadsticks were all cold and the pizza tastes as if it had been sitting there a while. At that point I sent an email to Pizza Hut. The district manager emailed me back apologizing and assured me that she is working with the manager at this location to improve. Naturally they gave me a store credit. STUPID me — I gave them another chance in February 2015. Wow worst service and pizza yet. Our order was over an hour late, the thin n’ crispy crust was anything but! It was soggy and greasy. I called the number provided in my order confirmation email when the order was an hour late, they said that they would forward my information to the location and they would give me a call back to let me know the status. 20 minutes later… still no call from them! I call again, I was on hold for 10 minutes waiting to talk to someone at the location when the pizza arrives. We were starving and I had my kids to feed. At this point it was well past their bed time and I was going to make them something.(Mama needed a night of no cooking!!) The following day, I email the district manager and let her know of the experience, no reply. A week later I sent a follow up email. She said that the manager at that location will call me and placed a credit on my account(after I asked for a refund). Hahaha still no call. Done! They need to work on the integrity of their products and customer service! Undercover Boss please come to this location! HORRIBLE — it’s not that difficult!

Quick delivery and hot pizza, but our pepperoni lovers was definitely NOT pepperoni lovers. It was barely basic pepperoni with overdone sauce and tough crust. I love Pizza Hut and look forward to mountains of crispy pepperonis and fabulous crust. I’ll be sticking to the local places from now on. I’m disappointed in this order. Unfortunate, because I don’t order Pizza Hut often.

I’m a order and pick-it-up type of guy, you never know what timeframe you’ll get with delivery. I always order online and by the time I get there(10 mins later) it’s ready. 25 minutes after I order, I’m eating pizza and drinking a beer. Folks, delivery takes a while, lower your expectations or choose carry out. There’s a bunch of other asshole customers that order delivery all over town and you expect Pizza Hut to wait for your call and have a delivery guy on deck just for your stupid ass. Lately, Pizza Hut has ran the $ 10 any size, any tipping deal. That pretty hard to beat, or I get emailed for 20% off. I rotate where I order pizza from, but I just like the shit out of pizza, but Pizza Hut is up there. If you didn’t catch my drift. Call in or order online to save yourself the grieve of delivery. That or don’t be an asshole when it take over an hour.

Went to pick order this evening because delivery time is always over an hour. Pizza price even with coupons was higher than most other pizza shops. They were out of garlic dipping sauce. Got a half hearted apology. I love their stuffed crust and thin crust pizza. Pricing and service sends me to other pizza shops. Wish they could find better management at this location. Has been problem for many years.

Slow as dirt! Always takes about an hour and a half to deliver, I stopped ordering, decided to give them another shot today, it says 2:45 min wait for delivery, it usually says about 45 min and usually takes an hour and a half — not exaggerating

Don’t expect fast delivery. Hour and a half later, no pizza. Called them and they said it should be there any minute. A half hour later they called and said they couldn’t find house and the order was cancelled. Said they called and couldn’t get through. Wow, manage to talk to us two other times within the previous two hours. Dominos is better anyways, they manage to find the invisible house.
