I contacted them today to get a quote for a warranty issue. The lady at the office was very nice. a little bit later a guy called me. I asked him about their prices, and the ones he gave me were much higher than the other 5 companies I called that day.
He got very angry when I told him that, and ended up telling me to «have good luck with fixing it» and hanging up on me!
I will not recommend them to anyone and will not use them.

Excellent service. I’ve used a company my family knows for years and when I was suspicious of a quote I received, I went with Scogin-Aire, mostly because of a recommendation I received from a friend. Service was prompt and the whole thing only took a few minutes. My air conditioning was back up and for less money than I expected.
Bonus: very friendly personnel and they had a dog in their office, which made the whole experience even better :)
