Sona MedSpa of Houston – The Woodlands

I wish I could give zero stars. This place is a scam! You’ll never get what you paid for! I blew over $ 6,000 for 5 treatments and 3 free touch-ups…I had little to zero results. I would know more about the results… but I never got what I paid for. It is just a scam to get your money. They will be rude to you for asking about their services and what exactly you’re paying for. I’m an attorney. I can read a contract! I never signed a contract about having to use the touch-​up services in a specified amount of time. I was definitely never told that these were the «rules». I also could not use the appointments that I paid for in this «made-​up» allotted amount of time… because you can NEVER get an appointment! Ever!!! Also, If you have something come up and you don’t cancel your appointment 48 hours ahead of time, it still counts and you lose ALL of the money you paid for that appointment! I lost $ 1,200.00 because someone hit me in the mall parking lot right before one of my appointments and I couldn’t go because I had to wait on the cops… ($ 6,000.00 /​5= $ 1,200.00) In short, you will NEVER get what you pay for because the appointments have to be booked 6 – 8 weeks apart, and since you can NEVER get an appointment, even if you try to schedule 2+ months in advance, it is impossible! You’ll get screwed over. DO NOT GO THERE!!!

I purchased laser hair removal treatments for mu underarms in 2013 & have been seeing improvements so much. I have had to go once for a touch up but I LOVE SONA so much. The staff is AMAZING.
