What no Iced Brew! Ran out so going for the Iced Coffee double shot did I say double shot. Friendly staff quick and efficient. They even have a beautiful set of spring flowers out front that smell great!

I work next door and I will travel to another Starbucks just to avoid this store. This location offers the worst customer service. I gave them 5 chances, different times of the day, drive thru and walk in, to be fair. Each time I waited about 15+ minutes, I was NEVER given a smile. I was always treated as though I was putting the barista out by ordering a coffee. 3 out of the 5 times my order was incorrect. Again, I avoid this Starbucks at all costs. Wouldn’t go it they were giving away free product.

So needs and update, can’t believe this super busy store still looks like it does. Sorry but unless you are driving thur I would not stop here. Last time I did I noticed that half of the tables hand some cleaning spray on them. I asked if someone could wipe them off and no one ever did.

This has got to be one the slowest Starbucks ever. I must of gotten a new employee. Took him about five tries to ring up my order because he kept messing up. They also do one drink at a time. No multi taking done here. Took me about ten minutes before my drink ready and no one else was in line.

Wow. This location is pretty unorganized. It took 10 minutes to make our drinks. My boyfriend and I got two drinks and they got his order incorrect and my frap tasted like water. They even got the people behind me wrong too.

If there is one word to describe this location it is BUSY! I work in the area often and always stop in here. Clean, great service. Just be prepared to look for parking and wait for your drink! I don’t mind as long as I’m prepared.

I go here so often but I am so disappointed because I order an americano with white mocha but they let the espresso die before adding white mocha and sadly I didn’t find out until I got to work and completed some tasks before I could drink it at the perfect temperature. Basically I’m really upset and at a loss. I don’t want to go back if they aren’t going to be careful with such a touchy drink.

The thing about Starbucks, is that it is Starbucks. During Christmas I am a freak and I love the Christmas Blend. It is a nice dark roast coffee. Staff are always friendly. I am continually amazed about how Starbucks always has a line, even at 4:00pm, but it is good. The store was clean and the coffee served just as I wanted it. Winner winner!

My local Starbucks when I’m home. Service depends on the time and day. At night usually better, but during the day is faster. The shop is a quite small for a standalone Starbucks, but if you just want the coffee don’t worry about it. Outdoor seating, mostly calm and peaceful. Sometimes a cyclist or a dog on the porch. Drive thru available if you’re a hurry. With coffee bars in almost every grocery store, sometimes it’s nice to have a stand-alone coffee shop. The Woodlands has few cool and independent coffee shops, so Starbucks has to do! All in all, its a good little coffee shop! Enjoy!

I have consistently gotten great service at this Starbucks. I typically stop by the drive-thru on my way to work in the morning and there is usually an employee going up to cars taking orders since the line is so long. I have never had an incorrect drink ordered at this location, and all the employee’s are very friendly. Expect long drive-thru lines(as with any starbucks) I pay with the mobile starbucks app and have never had an issues with that! Definitely recommend and would probably consider this my favorite starbucks!

I’m giving this Starbucks 1 star because the store is always a mess! The first time I noticed it was a few weeks ago, and they were buys so I thought ok, they are busy they will get to it when it slows down. The next time I was there it was a disaster again. Food crumbs on floor & tables, cup on the tables outside, trash all over the floor… I thought again ok, it was busy when I walked in, they will surely get to it. Well an hour and a half late they hadn’t cleaned up the store. I called corporate and complained. Was in there again today and it was still a mess! Guess the call to corporate did nothing. Luckily for this store they are in a good location, with lots of traffic.

This Starbucks location has gotten slower and slower in the past year. I stopped here on Sunday, thinking I would go through the drive-thru, and it was really backed up, so I decided to go inside, thinking it would be faster. Boy, was I wrong! From the time I ordered until I got my drink, it was 15 minutes! I barely made it to work on time. I don’t know why this location is so slow – are they not training their employees how to fix drinks in a timely manner?
