Do not go here!!! I went in to get my glasses adjusted and was never warned that they might break my glasses. Of course two minutes the lady came back and broke my glasses, never apologized just sat down and started typing saying I can give you a 20% percent discount. She then chose 4 different frames that were suppose to fit my progressive lenses. I couldn’t see but I picked the one that was the same brand I told her I didn’t want them to cut the lenses, she said they wouldn’t and they would be ready in 30 minutes. Well I came back got the glasses and was charged $ 273. I was told that there was no manager on duty and I would have to call back to complain. So after two days I called back and explained what happened well I was told that they would order me the same frames that were broken if I could find the model number, which I did. Well after finding that model number I decided to look up the model number for the new frames to find out that I had been sold MEN’S glasses. I called them back and they had nothing to say now they were going to refund me my 273. Which doesn’t help because I need to buy new frames anyway. I was told by the receptionist the reason for this is that they cut my lenses without telling me and lying to me that they wouldn’t. I have talked to the owner and would not do anything. This is not how you run a business. Do not give ms Karen(the owner) your business!!!

Never, ever, ever go here. My wife and I both needed to get new eyewear, and they were convenient. They were able to take us right then for our appointments, which went quickly. That was the last time we were satisfied. After the exam, I tried to order my glasses. My single-vision glasses were going to cost over $ 400. And because of my insurance(or so they said) it would take 4 weeks to get them made. I went to TSO across the street, paid $ 250, and got the same glasses in five days. My wife’s story is even worse. She wears contact lenses. After her exam she asked for her prescription. Vision Source REQUIRES a second(for fee, of course) fitting appointment. All of the optometrists we called later said that the second fitting was optional. To make matters worse, they weren’t willing to schedule this second fitting at a convenient time; my wife works downtown, and she couldn’t get back in the Woodlands early enough. Oddly, their last appointment of this type was hours before they actually closed. So she decides to get re-tested at another optometrist(paying out of pocket) and we weren’t still free from Vision Source. It turns out that they put some sort of hold on our insurance for the contacts… contacts they never were willing to deliver. We called Vision Source to get them to release the hold. The manager wasn’t available, and the person in charge was at lunch. We were promised a callback in 20 minutes. No callback ever happened. The next day we called our insurance again. They had spoken to Vision Source, and now Vision Source was demanding that we pay them $ 50 for some phantom exam(which never took place) before they would release the hold on our insurance. Folks, stay far away from these people. Their prices are absurdly high, and if you balk at paying them, they’ll put claims on your insurance to try to prevent you from going elsewhere.
