really call the office for corporate number and nobody know’s it or maybe they don’t want to give out due to them being afraid that the corporate office will find out how terrible they are.
shay hung up on me once but never fear for i will find the corporate number myself.

2 parents and 2 kids (kids are now 23 and 17) have been coming here for 4 years. Regular cleaning, 2 extractions, 1 root canal and crown, 1 implant and crown, and 6 filling replacements. Staff has changed but this continues to be a good dental care resource for us. Really can’t imagine what happened to cause the review from Lee D. in August 2015, other than the Dentist had to be called to another patient right away and only needed to let the parent know everything was fine with their kids. Office is busy like many other dental offices, we’ve never encountered the apparent indifference noted by the other review. Hygienists have been great, we really liked the original staff and still like the new staff. We have been to pediatric dentists when our kids were little, that might be better for some parents. This office seems to have many young patients and, although I don’t believe they have cartoon characters on the walls, the staff seems to do just fine from what we’ve seen. They offer Nitrous oxide which has been very helpful and not offered by other dental practices.

Won’t be coming back. Terrible customer service by everyone involved. The dentist was very uninterested in the checkup of my 2 kids and couldn’t be bothered to speak with me directly. She had the hygienists tell me what she saw. Extremely unprofessional. Front desk person essentially ignored me while we were standing there trying to check in and out.
