So. I’ve got to agree with a lot of the reviews here. If I owned this spot, I’d be embarrassed at the attitude of the staff, the cleanliness of this location and the indifference as to the overall atmosphere of this location. A good example is today. Stopped in between kids games and it seriously looked like some of these people just woke up. Saw one group leave because none of the televisions were turned to anything, they were all off. And when I pointed it out to the staff they tuned one on to SAW 6 and promptly to a scene where the captives were cutting parts of their body. Appetizing. Unfortunately it’s the service that consistently disappoints. Always check your to go orders as they are almost always wrong. Prepared to wait twice as long for dine in compared to other locations. I do think the recipes are so well constructed that they are idiot proof and this location proves it.

Called in order for lunch I showed up 10 mins later and the girl decides to put the order in another 20 mins they were done (absolutely pointless to call it in). I will not be visiting this location again, the staff is rude and they don’t seemed to be concerned about getting orders out in a timely manner.

These people are rude, but I don’t think they know it. Instead of saying hello, the girl up front assault you be demanding your «NAME!» I respond with excuse me and her response was a louder more abrasive «NAME!!!» Lady I don’t know you, I said hello. I’m sitting here waiting for my wings and another girl is running the counter and she is very nice, greeting people and kindly asking there name. Perhaps the (NAME!!) natzi should walk amongst the people and pickup all the trash on the floor as it is somewhat impressive. Now I’m off to eat delicious wings. Next time I will go elsewhere, so I don’t feel assaulted. Ps– this is a management issue nothing else.

Service is horrible every time I’ve been there. Very short on their responses. Almost as they expect us to know about their food as much as them who work there.

Better off to somewhere nice than this place. Wings are cold and I can see the flour or whatever they’re putting on it before they get fried.
Fries were a little soggy, its not well cooked, I think that’s the prime reason.
A big NO for me.

I had really good customer service on Friday evening around 8 pm. I was told my order would be ready in 13 minutes and it was ready in 10. Fresh tasty wings. I got boneless Louisiana rub and garlic parmesan. Great fast food after a long week. I will return.

I really enjoy wings and this place is really fast. Sometimes when ordering seems a little rude talking super fast and trying to get off quickly, doesn’t really bother as long my order isn’t messed up. I love the Cajun wings and the fries are really good, sometimes a little bit too much salt.
I order frequently when I watch sports, so quite a bit. Go if you wants wings super fast and made correctly.

I really enjoy the teriyaki and hickory smoked BBQ sauces, but the boneless chicken is very hit and miss.
I will order an eight piece combo and maybe get five good wings and three fatty, chewy, nasty wings. Twice all eight have been delicious!

We have been to this location twice now and both times we have witnessed the «manager» being extremely rude to the staff and scolding them in front of customers. The worst part about her though is that even though she scolds them for doing wrong, she was really quiet when I confronted her about giving us a completely wrong order when she was the one that took our order and put it in the bag before handing it to us. I should have checked it before leaving but I was trying to get away from the worst customer service ever. In the business I work for we give good customer service to not only our customers that walk through the door and buy from us but our internal customers that are also known as our coworkers/​teammates. Please retrain this person or remove her all together. You can tell by the looks on the other teammates faces that they are NOT happy working with her and it shows in the quality of the orders that go out.

just got home with a take out order from this store just to fine out it was the wrong order and while we were there they only wand to make sure the order was right. after calling them to let them know the order was wrong all they did was put our name on a list or at list so we could come in and get the right order since this was our second trip there and the first time was just as bad we will not be going back there

Customer service was terrible and the food wasn’t any better! Won’t be visiting again.

I love the wings from wing stop. Since this is the closest location to me I stop in often. The wings are usually good size, cooked well, and I really like their seasonings, especially the seasoning for the fries; I get extra goodness on my pappas. The staff service has always been a problem at this location. They have very few who actually speak to you in a nice, civil, and understandable manner. If the management just offered some customer service front door training it could make a world of difference in how a customer felt when having their order taken. The staff is all task oriented, don’t really consider the person standing in front of them. The place is clean, sometimes the TV is a little too loud but they can adjust that, and I usually pick up and go. Aside from the fries I really like their blue cheese dressing, yum yum.

These wings at this Wingstop location are delicious! I’ve ordered on a slow Wednesday night, on Super Bowl Sunday, and during the March Madness tourney. It’s always been consistently good. I always order Cajun and Louisiana Rub. Cajun is the right amount of spicy without skipping out of flavor. LR is just a tasty rub.
Service could be rated at a 3, but it isn’t due to rudeness or willingness to serve the customer. It just isn’t a 5 star restaurant, so I can’t fault them for it. Some soft skills would go a long way though. There are a few employees that provide pleasant experiences. Their speed has alway exceeded my expectations. 14 minutes or less.
Draft beers are a $ 1. ONE DOLLAR! Pitchers are $ 4. «Ed, you’re joking, right?» Nope! Stop by, order wings and a beer (or pitcher of beer). Ask to flip the channel to any sport going on and have a good time.

They have messed up my order twice. Need to work on service. Food was okay. Too expensive for what it is.

This place is so dirty. Wings are sub par. There is no wait staff but no place to throw your trash away so your are surrounded by trash. Flies are everywhere and the seats and tables are never wiped down which is HORRIBLE for wings. Everything is sticky and the wings are over priced and over cooked. Staff could care less.

This place SUCKS! If you like getting ripped off $ 15 for wing combo and no blue cheese or ranch dressing this is the place for you! I’m sucking tired of these restaurant chains thinking they can rip people off without consequence. STAY AWAY unless you like being screwed out of your hard earned money!

We went here again last night. We tried it again after the conversation with the owners.
My husband called in a to go order. My husband has a simple name, almost like joe. The girl couldn’t figure out his name and then hung up on him. He called back and told them he had a coupon. She put him on hold and then a guy got on the phone. Said hello twice and hung up again.
Well, he called back again less impressed and very pissed off. He ask for a manager and the guy said it was him. They spoke, an order was placed, he apologized for everyone hanging up.
The food was dry and tasteless. The staff are a bunch of idiots and we will not return.

This was the most disgusting experience EVER! I ordered a combo for my kids to share and divided it at home. As I was putting their food together noticed they were shorted one wing… No big deal. However, as they were eating their boneless BBQ wings they were complaining that their wings were too spicy and my daughter kept picking at her tongue. She said she couldn’t eat them so I told her to stop. Upon examination of her wings they had been tossed in hot sauce and then in BBQ. I also noticed that there was a hair on one of the wings. As I picked at it, several hairs began to emerge from the sauce. This explains why my daughter was picking at her tongue. I am very disappointed by this experience. It was my first time and my last. I would not recommend this place to anyone. Disgusting.

LOVE Wingstop! My co-​workers and I have ordered from here several times, small and large orders. Only eaten there once, and it was an okay experience…
A co-​worker and I went during lunch, but it was a little earlier than the normal lunch crowd. So it was actually pretty dead. The woman who took my order was a little rude. I was in the process of saying I wanted ½ Hot and ½ Garlic Parmesan, but she was already asking me if I wanted fries or some other side. When I added that part of my order after she was done with her spiel, she said, «Oh, well, you didn’t SAY that before,» as she put it into the computer. Um yeah… because you cut me off the first time! Don’t give ME attitude because you’re rushing me!
I ordered before my co-​worker, but his order came out 5 – 10 minutes before mine. Probably because I was such a difficult customer… lol. But for not being at all busy, our orders seemed to take a while.
Oh well… food is always good. Fries may get soggy if you pick it up to-​go, but they still taste fine.
Oh…and this location needs to allow online ordering! That would be really helpful!

Pretty good food, but we were talked into the combo for 2 people. it could have fed a family of 4! We’d never been to a wing stop before and proceeded to order a 7piece strip fries and such… The clerk told us we should just get the combo with 10 strips… we obliged, big mistake. It was more expensive and way toooo much food. We took the extra 4 strips home and will use for for a salad or something.
Service was adequate and the food was acceptable, nothing to write home about. Although the fries were pretty good.
