Standard Diner food but a good hardy breakfast. There is a friendly staff and I like that the kitchen is open. The people at this particular location all seem to know each other. Reasonable price for what you get.

Cheese omelet was brown on the outside and inside where they added the cheese. Over cooked for sure. Most of the time the food is better than my recent visit.

Mobile, AL
I’m a local and visit fairly often. All in all it’s the best in Mobile with the best service. I imagine that has to do with the fact that the busiest truck stop in Mobile is right next door, so they want the business.
The service is good, the staff is alert and nice and the food is (as always) out of this world. I don’t know what happened with an earlier review, but I’ve been going for years and have never had any problems.
Stop in and tell them that magnoliasouth sent you! They don’t know me by my internet name, so it’ll be interesting to see what they say. lol!

For road trip food pretty awesome. Greeted warmly and did not feel like an intruder on peoples territory which is how I usually feel on the road.
And yes to the jukebox and chocolate chip waffles!
Most definitely stop at this waffle house next time I’m heading east :)

Was a bit worried. When in the men’s room the soap dispencer was broken off and looked like it had been off for a long time. So the cooks have no way to wash their hands. Eggs were good but bacon was cold and could tell it was cooked a lot earlier.

This is the best Waffle House in the Mobile area. Most consisent Waffle House for service and food quality around.
