This is a motel at best. It is clean and the front desk staff was nice, but make no mistake it is not a five star place. Our room faced a busy street and the exterior lights kept our room nice and bright all night long. Our fellow guest were hanging out on the upper level and on the steps enjoying music and conversation until around 11 pm. Check out was at 11 am and the housekeeping staff knocked at 9:30 and 9:45 and even after we said we were still there they tried to come in. We selected this place because of the Unilocal five star rating. I am not sure we will put as much faith in Unilocal for our next hotel selection

This place is terrific! They have a nice and clean swimming pool, rooms are higher-​level than a classic days inn motel. They have complimentary bottles of water, diner and breakfast. And speaking of that, breakfast is excellent: scrambled eggs, breakfast sausage, waffles (with a very typical shape of LA!)… Very good value for money
