Ordered a King Cake Deluxe package. It arrived when promised but I wasn’t promised that the colors would be melted and the cake in pieces. Disappointed with the way it arrived. I ordered a second for my grandson in the USMC prior to our receiving this one and I sure hope that his arrives in better shape than ours. Quite disappointed for $ 50.00z

Rouses used to be my favorite place for ordering King Cakes. My whole family ordered from them. NO MORE. This time I ordered 3 cakes. One was correct. They did replace the wrong order shipped to my residence. But one person I sent a costly King Cake to never received it, and Rouses refused to do anything about it and didn’t care. That put me in an embarrassing situation when I promised them a King Cake. They probably think I didn’t even order it. NO, Rouses didn’t come through! And they have not refunded or replaced the King Cake, despite my repeated requests. The King Cake King sent me a FREE King Cake though! So they now have my business and the business of my entire family. Shame on you Rouses!

The best place to buy most things you need. It is primarily a grocery store, but Rouses is much more. They have the normal toiletries and regular household items. I would stick to the right half of the store where the deli, bakery, and fruits and vegetables hang out. You can also make yourself a fresh salad with a mixture of ingredients. It is also has a pretty decent wine selection too.
