Unfortunately the other bad reviews listed below are probably correct. I purchased an ATV from them and had it delivered to my home. The ATV had a windshield when I purchased it but upon delivery at my home the windshield was missing, although the mounting hardware was still there. The explanation I received from them was that the windshield must have blown off during transport and they would just send me a new one in the mail. It has been over a month and I have left several messages without a response from anyone there. Luckily for me it is only a windshield but what if there was something wrong mechanically like some of the other reviews below indicate. I’d be stuck with a broken ATV and I’d get no help from Superfly Motorsports. How an establishment handles their customers after the sale really gives you a good idea of what type of operation they run. It has been my experience that once the vehicle was in my possession and they had their money; they were done with me and any promises they made no longer mattered. BUYER BEWARE!!! I would stay away from this place.
The idea that you are buying from a reputable dealer is false as well. They offer NO WARRANTY with their vehicles but claim that they stand behind everything they sell. I highly doubt that considering they wouldn’t even return my phone call over something as simple as a missing windshield, which they lost. They also claim that they run all of their vehicles through the shop to ensure that everything is good before they sell it. This too is false as when I finally took my first ride the ATV pulled hard to the right. I found the tire pressure very low on the right front tire so I adjusted it and no more pulling. It has been a month and the tire hasn’t leaked any air so it and was obviously just never checked by them to begin with. If they didn’t even adjust the tire pressures I doubt they did anything else when they «claimed» they check it over. As the other reviews indicate they do not let you test drive any of their vehicles beforehand so you don’t really know what you’re getting before you buy. Does it shift right? Are there any unusual rattles, knocks or squeals at various speeds? You simply won’t know and as they have demonstrated to me and some other buyers after the sale you are on your own and they want nothing to do with you. Although I like my ATV I would never have brought it from Superfly Motorsports if I knew that they were the type of establishment that turns their back on their customers once they get paid!!!

I guess I wish I read the reviews on this place before I bought a quad here — looks like I am in a similar boat. I bought an Arctic Cat 650 V2 from these guys (yes, the one in my profile pic). Had my eye on it for some time. It was a little overpriced, but coming from a dealer I thought it was a better deal than risking Craigslist.
Mechanically the quad is okay, but as other reviewers have mentioned, they don’t service their machines before putting them on the lot. The air filter was disgusting, the oil hadn’t been changed, there was a breather tube missing on the front differential, the brake pads were down to the metal on both front and rear, the thumb warmer doesn’t work, the headlight switch is broken, the brake lines on the front were rubbing on the inside of the wheel, the right headlight had a broken tab, and so on. All of this I discovered over the course of a week or so.
You might say I am nitpicking — but that is precisely my point — all of these are little things that would’ve required the dealer little to no cost to fix. You’re a dealer — there is a higher level of expectation than some stranger off Craigslist that what you are selling is a quality machine.
I unfortunately «discovered» the condition of the brake lines when I was going down a steep hill in the woods just a few days after I bought it when a brake line finally let go. Lost control and got sent over the handle bars. Luckily a tree stopped the quad from rolling on top of my face. After taking apart the quad I noticed the condition of the lines and pads. Since all of the brake lines go into a «metering block» and don’t separate, I had to buy a whole new unit for $ 200. It’s currently sitting apart in my garage as I type this.
I don’t expect the machines to be perfect, but it was advertised as «ready to ride» — and «fully serviced» — I should’ve probably done a little bit better job inspecting the machine before purchasing it, but I let the fact that it was a dealer get in the way of that.
Honestly Superfly, it probably would’ve cost you $ 250 (including replacing the brake lines) to fully service this machine and get it up to snuff. Obviously it’s less profit, but seeing all of the other 1 star reviews on here, it probably would’ve been money well spent.

Ok here it is plain and simple. Im pissed. I purchased a Road Star 1600 for 4200.00 CASH 2 weeks ago. When I went to initially look at the bike it was on a battery charger. The Sales guy I wont mention his name was a cool dude. We started the bike up and it sounded great. I fell in love with the bike cause it was customized. So I bought the bike with the agreement that the battery issue be resolved. 3 days later I go to pick up the bike and I ask if battery issue was rectified he stated yes we charged it. 2 minutes later the owner Jonathon comes in and says your bikes all set to go we replaced battery HMMMMMMM. RED FLAG. So I load bike on my trailer and off I go. I ride the bike 2 times 5 miles and the bike dies. I try to restart and smoke starts coming from under seat. I remove seat to and WOW the positive battery cable is melted to the bikes frame and the starter solenoid is fried. So I go and buy a new cable and battery and solenoid and install it and BIKE DONT START JUST KEEPS CLICKING. I work on it for 2 days and finally gave up and brought it to my local Yamaha dealer. I get a call today that the starter fried as well. Another 700.00 not including the 280.00 I just spent on battery, cable and solenoid. 2 V. M TO THERE ESTABLISHMENT AND GUESS WHAT NO CALL BACK. THIS IS WHY THEY SELL EVERYTHING NO WARRANTY. JUNKKKKKK. I wouldnt buy a light bulb from them. Lets see what the BBB AND DMV SAYS. SAVE YOUR MONEY GO ELSEWHERE.

This placed sold me a bike and I was told the bike was gone over and everything was good. A week after having the bike one of the spark plugs blew out of the head. I inspected the head and found the plug was held in with only one thread. I had to remove the engine from the bike to repair the head and I’m glad I did, In doing so, I found the drive chain had links that are ready to fall apart. That would of been great driving on the highway. No way was this bike services or even looked at before it was sold to me. I was told the bike came with a back seat but after paying for the bike, I was told to just go online and but one, very nice.
I found so many issues with the bike while taking out the engine, this thing was a death trap. $ 8500 for the bike then another $ 900 in parts, thank god I can do the work myself. Beware of buying anything from this place.

this company sold my friend a motorcycle that was «fully serviced» and ready to go. the bike was delivered and the blinkers were cracked from the tie downs which wasnt noticed until days later. there was no warranty given on the bike which is very rare from a dealer in ct. later after careful inspection this company sold my friend a motorcyle with a Plugged tire!?! im pretty sure thats illegal for a «dealer» to sell a motorcycle with a plugged tire. so here comes the best part about superfly motorsports full service on the bike. it was never done! as superfly wouldnt let my friend test drive the bike, he couldnt see how it ran. let alone my friend had his motorcycle endorsement and cash on the table thats strange that he couldnt test drive a bike w cash on the table. anyway after getting the bike home and taking it out it seemed to almost choke out at low rpms while riding. so now after buying a bike for more than 5000 dollars my friend had the bike looked at by a reputable shop and found the bike was indeed never «servi ed». plugs were fouled out, oil was black as night, and the air filter was soo clogged with junk it couldnt even be cleaned. so now 400 $ later for a full service that was supposed to be done before the bike was delivered, a new rear tire for 200 $ and a new air filter, the bike is running great. i would never recommend superfly to anyone ever based on the lies they told to make a sale to my friend. as well as improperly tieing down the bike which caused damage, not allowing a test ride with cAsh on the table and just terrible business practice.
