I have been a gold member of Hertz for awhile now and in my own hometown the service is the worst I have ever seen! Called a week ago to rent a large SUV. Noticed 3 days ago it wasn’t under my reservations online. I called 3 days in a row with no call backs! Finally called the Tallahassee office to find out whoever worked there never put the rental in. Great start to a trip having to find another rental! I would definitely NEVER use them again!
