Great pizza. Mom’s meatballs are tasty. Garlic knots weren’t as great as expected, but the pizza made up for it!

Had The Paulies special pizza tonight and it was very tasty. The crust was crisp, the cheese was ooey and gooey and the toppings were plentiful. They have a great side Greek salad. Very fresh and we loved the dressing. The service was good and my drink was never empty. In our opinion, the music didn’t match the place(new country) but other than that we enjoyed it greatly.

If you care about freshness, good not being burnt and service, don’t go here. They parcook their lunch slices then add toppings and recook when they get an order. Their crust burns a lot because they use straight flour to toss their dough. They make their dough there. Everything else is bought from a major supplier. You can taste it. Their knots are made with expired/blown dough. Anyone who has ever worked at a pizza place can notice these things right off the bat.

Whenever we travel, we always choose a pizza place for one meal. Imagine my surprise to find such an exquisite pizza in Thomasville, GA!!! I’ve had some of the highest-rated pizza(Mystic Pizza, Giordanno’s, etc), but this little shop can hold its own against those giants. Every time we visit relatives in Thomasville, we have to visit Pauly’s I’ve had several types of pizzas, several pastas and a couple of their salads. The garlic knots are some of the finest rolls I’ve ever eaten. The only thing that could make it better is if they start serving crème brulee! Definitely worth checking out!

I recently moved to the Thomasville area after having lived in Miami and Los Angeles for the last decade. This place was great. If you are the sort of person who only loves Chicago, or New York style pizza, it may not be your bag. But there are definitely other things on the menu to whet your appetite. I’m looking at you garlic knots. Seriously, those garlic knots have got to be one of the most perfect pieces of garlicky/buttery/crusty/yet flaky bread bliss that I’ve ever had the pleasure of knowing or tasting. Now if you believe pizza is the perfect food and don’t subscribe to a specific type, and are interested in having it in all of its iterations, you will adore this place. They are generous in their portions and providing a nice atmosphere. My brother had the 14″ Calzone which was a BEAST, full of meaty delights and enough cheese to feed a small country for a year. I had a pizza(#divine) and somewhere along our journey there may have been some cheese sticks ordered… If you’re in the area, I highly recommend stopping by. And if you’re a local, have a profound experience and at least order those garlic knots for no reason.

November 29, 2014 was my first and only time to this restaurant. I fell in love the pizza! I ordered my pizza with extra cheese and I was actually surprised that it came LOADED with cheese! I love when pizza is real cheesy! The girl that was working that night, I forget her name, she was awesome. She made sure that we all had what we wanted and conversed with us off and on throughout our time there. Friendly service! We ended up stopping here to eat on our way back to the hotel from the UF vs FSU football game. If I’m ever in that area again, I will be coming back to eat at Paulies!

Man… When I bite into Paulie’s Chicken Bacon pizza, all the problems of the world just disappear, and I’m like… Wow, I live in Abundance. Crunchy crust, savory bacon, gooey ranch, soft chewy chicken. An orgasm for the mouth. We always order a large, cause the next day, I throw it on the skillet on low medium covered with foil for a few minutes to get that crust crackling crunchy again, and you know… It’s EVENBETTER. It’s like WTF is happening in my mouth??? It’s so amazing. Seriously, in Thomasville, there isn’t much of a selection, and each place has it’s one thing they do best… at Paulies, Chicken Bacon is the Shiznit. Besides that on the menu, I dont know. Maybe everything else is not awesome. We now only order C-Bacon unless we get Pineapple/Hawaiian on the other half cause Pineapple is a nice contrast to the bacon savory. My lady occasionally loves the garlic rolls when her carb frenzy kicks in, and yeah, they’re delicious, but I call it a butter sponge in a butter bath, cause that’s how it’s served. A crunchy sponge. Im not saying it’s bad, cause it’s delicious too, I just feel bad since the media and the internet is all about the fitness these days. Service is good. Atmosphere is good. Abundance Yo.

Pretty good Pizza. I was traveling thru for a graduation in Tallahassee and the atmosphere reminded you of a pizza place in the north. Decent price.

Pizza was excellent, breadsticks also excellent. Beer prices were a little high. Toasted ravioli’s were filled with cheese which was surprising. I would definitely go back to this place.

The best pizza by far in Thomasville and certainly the surrounding area. Great food, served by great staff, in a great atmosphere. If you tired of the«box» chains and don’t want to get drawn in paying«Boutique» prices for pizza — Then Paulies is the place for you. Don’t forget to order the garlic knots, they are to die for.

Paulie’s Pizza is one of my favorites for eating out in Thomasville. Their pizza is good and so are the other dishes. Try the meatballs next visit with spaghetti. Very good. I think Paul said they ship those in from way off. Paul always makes it a point to come around and talk to the customers. All the waitresses offer good fast service. Katie is our favorite. I just happened to stop in for dinner the Saturday night before Fathers day to find that all drinks(including the beer) was free to Dads. How cool was that? I only had 2 glasses of draft. Always good and cold too I might add.

It’s not New York, it’s not Boston, it’s not Chicago but it’s not bad. Definitely the best in this neck of the woods.

Worst pizza I’ve ever had. I received a coupon in the mail for a free lunch from Paulie’s but will not be using it(it’s that bad)! Bottom crust was completely charred and all I could taste was the burnt flavor. Toppings were low grade and the sauce was watered down and might have well been left off. Absolutely awful.
