Total retraction of my 1st check-​in. The line started moving quickly and I realized one customer was holding things up. Then, the staff member was so incredibly helpful to me and took so much time with me. She was obviously invested in total customer satisfaction and a good experience for every one. Solved my problems, answered my questions, and greeted the next customer with the same big smile.

I forgot the guys name but he was African American, he actually look mixed and he had a long beard. He was so damn rude! Ugly attitude! Smartass mouth. He rolled his eyes over every little damn thing and it was annoying. I hate twc, their service is always shit! Especially the guy who came and helped us.
