Mark did a fantastic job with our hardwood floors. He sanded and stained our entire first floor a beautiful medium brown. He also had to do patch work as the people we bought the house from had dark urine stains from their dog. On the second floor he installed hardwoods in all of the bedrooms (there was a sub floor) and he also installed a sub floor and hardwoods in a 300 square foot closet. He had to replace the banister to match the new stain.
Mark was very personable, reasonable, and patient (especially since our timeline had a few bumps). I was beyond pleased with his work and would highly recommend him!
