Normally not a bad place, my stylist cut my hair very well but the one that cut my sons did not do such a great job, nicking him multiple times. The quality of the haircuts is normally exactly what you pay for cheap. When we did bring our concern to a manager she was very pleasant and offer a free haircut for our son on his next visit. I think the key is to find a stylist who does a good job and stick with them as opposed to going to any random one. There’s a lot of turnover with this business model and the really experienced hairdressers leave to go to more higher end places. We will still go, but we will be looking a lot closer each time

I took my two boys 14 and 13 yrs to this place. The stylist was not paying attention to what we were saying. I asked her to cut the hair for my younger one short but not too short. She cut his hair almost bald. She said the numbers 4 and 3 to me, I did not know what they meant really but told her not to cut it too short but she ended up doing his hair way shorter than what we wanted. She was not being courteous either. My elder one got his hair done after, I told her clearly that he didn’t need a huge hair cut but just a trimming. I told her thrice and asked if she got it. She said she did and as if in retaliation, she did not cut his hair at all. She literally left his hair uneven, just as it was before the cut. I was very polite with her, didn’t create a scene and tipped also but the kids are so upset, especially my younger one. Both the kids say she did not act like a hair stylist and did not know what she was doing. She was nervous and kept jumping from one side of the head to the other. Bad experience !

. I usually use a Flowbee for my son’s haircuts, and put the $ 15 we save with each cut into his college account, because it’s so easy to do it at home, does a great job, saves gas and time, and it’s FREE! About 5 weeks ago, my husband decides to take our son for a «professional» haircut. One of only 4 he’s ever had at a «salon». Each time, they have come home regretting it… with a cut worse than anything our Flowbee can accomplish. This time was the worst! Even though my husband informed April(the stylist) about our son’s congenital triangular alopecia(a small bald spot on one side), she was not paying attention(she was apparently trying to train a new stylist across the room) and cut his hair WAY too short, exposing the bald spot. For the past few weeks, we have had to color in his little bald spot with a Sharpie marker, and 5 weeks later, his hair still has not grown long enough to cover it. Granted, they did not charge for the cut(thus the 2 stars), and my husband did not tip, he was so mad. But the poor kid is a teenager, and image is extra important at his age. Seriously, stylists, please pay attention! I’m sure you would not want to walk around all self-conscious, being stared at and talked about by your peers, yet this is what our son has had to live with for the past several weeks. I usually try to avoid negative reviews, and like to give out more positive ones, but I also think that we should all give our very best to the customers we serve, and to give them our undivided attention. I have thought about this for weeks, and have decided that this should be addressed. Everyone makes mistakes, but the area was shown, specific instructions given, including which blade size to use just prior to the cut, so no excuse! Just pay attention! Off to order new Flowbee blades…

Came here for my sons first haircut. The lady was great with him. Very fast and efficient being he was obviously a little squirmy. Price was right for a kids haircut, where as SnipIts in the mall you will pay double for the same thing
