My husband first contacted this company last fall, due to hail damage. We were told 3 weeks ago that the paperwork we needed to submit to our mortgage company to replace damaged windows was going to faxed. I called this morning and still no return call. My husband has called the salesperson Pasha Kazmer, with no response. I called the company directly and was told by Casey the manager Brandon would call me back… again no call as of yet! Can you only imagine what it would be like to dfeal with this company IF there was a problem… Home owners beware!

Was having a hard time finding someone to fix the siding on my chimney. Les was extremely efficient, did it the right way (waterproofed when the builders hadn’t) and all at a reasonable price.

I’ve used ACE twice now. I had a leak in my roof when I lived in Thornton and they were close by so I called them in. Les quickly identified the problem, explained how the builder had done it wrong originally, quoted me a price to fix it, and stuck to that quote. It hasn’t leaked since.
I also had Les check out the roof of a house I was going to buy (I knew the roof had problems from the general inspection). He gave me a clear explanation of exactly what would need to be fixed and how to prioritize the work. He has since fixed the biggest issues and we’re waiting on the less critical stuff for a while.
A.C.E. isn’t going to be the very cheapest out there, but the prices are reasonable and the quality of the work is worth it. They even provide a good, written warranty on their work.
