The gentleman at the counter it was very nice very, helpful. I needed a small piece of vacuum hose but wasn’t sure of the size and I asked if he could come out to my car and see what size it was that I needed. He said yes but that he was the only employee working up front so I would have to wait until he helped the next two customers behind me and then he could come out and look. I wasn’t annoyed at him but I was annoyed that they have such a policy considering that they have 3 other employees if not more working stocking shelves. It seems that their policy should include catering to their customers. Meaning that someone should come up front to work when the front staff is needed elsewhere. As much as I go in I might consider calling ahead to ask for parts so they’ll be ready when I get there and I can just pay. Coincidentally Auto Advance Parts catch phrase is «Service is our best part»
