Applebee’s

I loved the new steak menu! The steaks were so much more flavorful than they used to be, and ours were cooked to perfection. The new side dishes were so good. I had the garlic green beans and the sweet mashed potatoes. We finished with the Banana Cheesecake… it was amazing! The service was outstanding. Jennifer B. is always attentive. Our drinks never go empty. She keeps our table clean. I would recommend this restaurant to everyone!

I got a few gift cards for my birthday and one was to Applebee’s so we decided to go out and try the new menu. So disappointed. I got the fire grilled chicken with 4 cheese macaroni cheese and crispy bacon cheddar potatoes. The bland watery chicken was the best part of this meal. Nothing looked how it was pictured. The Mac and cheese was dry noodles with a sprinkle of cheese on top. The potatoes didn’t have bacon or cheddar on them, just a glob of sour cream. My boyfriend ordered his burger with the garlic fries and they just tasted like regular fries, not even a hint of garlic to them. I get that it’s a new menu and the cooks might not know how to make new items but for $ 42 for 2 people I wish I would have just gotten drinks here and went elsewhere for dinner. Service was great and I used to be a server so I didn’t want to complain to her because she did her job.

Applebee’s is a favorite of mine and my mom’s. I come to this particular location a lot and never had a problem which is why this post gets 3 stars instead of one.
We walked in to a new smell of woodburning stove that they installed for their new promo which is great, however it feels like there is no windows or ventilation as the smell of fire and wood is overwhelming and gave me quite the pounding headache.
We were sat by the host in a closed section and he failed to tell anyone so our server walked passed us 4 or 5 times without even a glance. After about 15 minutes I asked about the server.
She was nice and quick once we ordered, but we had to constantly send our plates back.
I got their new wood grilled sirloin and even though it was flavorful it was way over cooked.
If I ask for medium rare, I expect medium rare to low medium not medium well. I don’t think Applebee’s should spend all that money installing new stove that smells up the restaurant if they can’t even cook a steak.
One thing I learned coming here all the time is don’t the order steak.
I hate that this is the time I decided before hand to do a review, usually I sit at the bar and it is great.
I guess I’ll need to stick to the bar and food other than steak.
Very disappointed. If it wasn’t for a couple of my favorite servers and bartender that work at this location, I wouldn’t come back.

Bad food, water stained plates, silverware, and water glasses. And the stupid tablet computers on the tables with flashing images does nothing to create a relaxed and welcoming atmosphere.

Don’t bother to come here if you are a vegetarian ! Selections are extremely limited
Also they should wipe their tables better. The one we sat at was sticky!

Love the new menu mix and match any shareable is what I like the most meatballs and shrimp you have to try them

$ 3.99 for a strawberry lemonade, that even the waitress thinks is expensive. And then add on crappy service. (waitress wasn’t plesant, nor did she even ask us if we were ready to order). Personally I would avoid this place like the plauge. They have spent a lot revamping there image, but have only managed to alienate a loyal customer with high non-​alcoholic drink prices.

Great place to drink beer and chill, usually great food but who in all seriousness puts barbecue sauce on a club sandwhich??? Grosss

My wife and I have come here on several occassions, usually the service is great! The last time however was a bit … horrible. The waitress had a nonchalant attitude and seemed just uncaring. Could have been having a bad day in which case I get it. We all have them. But tuck that away when you’re at work. Our food was brought out to us and my fries were stale and cold. My veggies were still raw, and my burger was well over done. I know it sounds nit picky but if I’m paying for your service and food please do a better job and take care of us.

This place is disgusting!!! Highchairs have not been cleaned… ever??? The fish and chips was undercooked and slimy. The child’s milkshake arrived with no lid, so needless to say that was spilled within minutes. Never received our appetizer. Only reason we even tried to eat at this place was a giftcard… the rest of that will be in the trash. You couldn’t pay me to eat here again. Only reason this place is even in business is because of the poor souls who travel I-​25 and need somewhere to eat that they recognize.

Service was crap I had to wait 40 mins for my food and there was barely and people in the restaurant. when I got my good it was wrong they took my good back and it was classic aside resauced over BBQ sauce then I had to wait even longer.
Before I’ve had good service maybe this was just a bad day for this location.

Went to Applebee’s with my father while he was in town. He was already seated but the waiter quickly came to get my drink order which was really nice because they were busy and because I was SUPER thirsty.
We went with options of that new menu they have where they give you two things for $ 10.99 or $ 11.99 depending on the item. Well I guess I got that, my dad got something else which he said was very good. I got the wedge salad and sirloin with potatoes — they were both really good and our waiter was quick and attentive. He gets a star all on his own. He was so busy and yet my water never got empty then we ordered something to go and asked for an «un-​put together» philly burger and he made sure each part of it was separate. Great waiter good diner — I haven’t been to Applebee’s in a long time and I’m glad I went back.

I’ve been going to this place for a few years now. Never really had any problems till last night. I went in to have a late dinner/​drink. I asked for a Sam Adams Summer Ale. They said they didn’t have, only had the Sam Adams Winterfest. Borth bartenders starting making in fun of me only like Sam Adams Summer Ale. They also told well its getting colder outside, so everyone started getting Winterfest. Getting colder? It’s August. Cool, maybe but not cold. I went down the street, to another Applebee’s. They had the Summer Ale. I guess the first one didnt want my business anymore. They also seemed like they didnt have any customer service skills. So forget them. I’m making the other place my new restraunt. I hope the ohter place goes out of business. I’m tell all my friends to avoid that place.

Had a great waiter, but it’s still just Applebee’s. Nothing spectacular.
Blackened tilapia with steamed vegetables was typical.
This location seems better than most.

Hello, I am a Unilocal user and I have a problem — I am addicted to Chicken Won Ton Tacos at Applebees. Holy God, they’re amazing.
I was never a fan of Applebee’s and then we started going to this location, and I gotta say, they won me over. The atmosphere is great with their trivia, karaōke, and bingo nights. The food is amazing and comes out quick. The servers are always friendly and the bartenders are awesome. I’ve never gotten served a bad drink here. And a restaurant with jello shots? WINNING.

Best one in the metro area. We go there probably once a week and always get great food and amazing service (in Ramona’s section – there are other good servers, but she’s consistent and amazing).
Yes, it’s a chain, and a really good one!

Wednesday Girls Night is great!
Cheap Happy Hour drinks. ½ priced appetizers. Interestingly enough they changed their menu recently and removed our favorite app, the nachos! Who removes nachos from a menu. We asked about them and they made them for us anyway. Bonus points for them — way to take are of your customers.

We go here often. We like the food, and the fact that it is open late. The prices are fair and we are awfully fond of Jason and Amanda. They are always nice to us and we have a great time when we’re there. Some of the other servers… not so much.

Rockband night is a blast! Cold beer; great appetizers; even real good steaks and brownies!
