They are clearly retail store and do have all the accessories and phones you could ask for so product is great and i enjoy using AT&T. BUT I’ve gone here 3 times now and not once have been treated kindly. One time there was one employee working and he was on a personal call on his cell the entire time he was«helping me» didn’t say anything to me except for what can I do for you… most recent time, we went in to pay off the balance of my actual cell phone to bring the bill down. Employee asked why we want to do that and once we told him to lower our bill he seemed so irritated and didn’t want to give us the time of day. Then once he ran our card he says with very rude attitude«next time just do this online you don’t have to come in»??? Just beware is all

Ok, here it is. I’ve been buying my phones from this store since 2009 and the service is amazing. Kevin Murray, branch manager, and his staff are super patient and I’ve gotten my money’s worth over the years. I just stopped in today after accidentally wiping the info from my phone while backing up my data(don’t ask) and couldn’t figure out how to synch all my email accounts & calendars. 5 minutes in the Spring Mobile store, and I was set. I keep thinking they are going to lock the store doors when they see my pull up but, even after repeated visits due to user error, they are very patient. And very knowledgeable! Thanks Kevin & Team. You guys rock.
