Went in here this past weekend. Been waiting on a hair cut because my sister use to cut my hair. She also cuts hair for a living. But she moved south Denver stopped working because she’s going to have a baby soon so I’ve been reluctant to just go anywhere. Because I tried a few places since she moved farther and didn’t have a good experience the few times I tried other places. Thought I’d give this place a shot because my hair was getting to long went in and had a good experience and a Great hair cut. I’ll be back. Thanks a lot

This is the first time at Back In Time Barber Shop and it will not be my last. Great haircut and it is like the barbershops in the older days which I like. Loved all the classic tools and lots of history information displayed on the walls. Brian, I will be back!

Walked in around 2PM and there was no wait. You aren’t going to get a «back massage» or «invigorating shampoo», but if that’s what you were looking for, you’re likely at SportClips already. This is a nice old school barber shop that trimmed my hair nicely, used hot shave oil and a straight edge to clean up my neck. There’s a nice cooler with complimentary soda and water if you should have to wait.

Great old school barber! Got a shave and a haircut, simple but people mess up all the time. Brian the owner was genuine and I will be back from now on.

Arrived early in the morning and someone else had beaten me there. He apparently was a military man and talked for 30 minutes post-haircut before the barber even talked to me. He didn’t seem very invested in my haircut, maybe because he had another one of his regulars walk in. It seemed he was trying to just finish me up and get me out the door. I asked for the straight edge and what I got was an uneven cut, and cuts on my neck. I had to come home and fix it myself. I could feel the roughness on my neck from the poor straightedge job. I love straightedge shaves because of how they feel and how long they last, but not even a day had passed before I SAW the hair, let alone felt it. Anyways not coming back here. Only reason I give it two stars is because he was a decent guy and the shop was interesting.

I stopped going here. Twice I had driven over for a haircut during regular business hours and he had his shop closed. The downfall of being a one man band I guess. Great haircuts but I’m too busy to leave the budgeting of my time to chance.

A real honest-to-goodness men’s barbershop. Brian, the owner and operator, has a great place bristling with old barbershop memorabilia, newspapers detailing historic local and world events, and other classic items. Friendly, great hours, and very reasonably priced. Coffee and soft drinks are complimentary. Oh, and He gives great men’s haircuts too! If you’re looking for styling, highlights, or anything else that belongs in a «Salon», this place is not for you. If you want a sharp, no-nonsense haircut, this is your place in the Thornton Area. Cash only.

Finally… I have found a old school barber. Brian can really cut hair. He is also a master with clippers and a straight razor. I will be back. :-)

Great old time barber. I went in and was even able to get a haircut my wife approved of :)
