I had set up an appointment for Monday at 7pm on Saturday for a spray tan. So I gave a 2 days advance notice I was coming in. The girl confirmed with me the time and my name. I come in to get my spray tan, and not only had my appointment not been written down (again, I had called 2 days before my scheduled time), apparently there was no one available to do the job. I was offered no sorts of compensation and there wasn’t even anyone I could talk to about my dissatisfaction. It was one of the most unprofessional bouts of customer service I have ever experienced in my life. I don’t recommend this place AT ALL.
