The customer service sucks the rooms are almost unbearable it does not compare to any extended stay services that I have acquired in any other states I’m appalled and I would not recommend this place for any stay of any duration of time I am indeed moving my reservation including a 200 dollar service charge that I am willing to pay not to stay here

I checked in for one night during a road trip. We walked in, saw the room and decided to leave and try somewhere else. The room was dirty-looking, the beds were hard, the TV was broken and the smoke detector was hanging out of the ceiling by its wires. Maybe we just got a bad room, but I would never come back here. My mom had a similar bad experience. She said there was a man staring at her while she conducted her business at the front desk, and really unprofessional workers.

My wife and I stayed at this hotel for 8 nights. We were moving to the north Denver area and needed a centrally-located place to stay while we went out househunting. I’ve categorized a lot of details below. But if you need a two sentence quick summary: 1) Bare bones but it gets the job done. 2) Rather dirty rooms you will want to scrub down on your first night. THEGOOD: * Great location just a minute or two from I-25. Easy access to major city streets including 120th(into Broomfield and Westminster). ” Walmart and Walgreens are just 2 or 3 blocks away, for buying basic groceries and such. * Fully stocked mini kitchen with range, microwave, pans, dishes, cutlery, cutting board, mini fridge, sink, and cabinet space. * Decent amount of room for 2 people to eat, sleep, get some work done at the table. * Good sized showers with very hot water and good water pressure. * Decent(although slightly expensive) laundromat on-site, accessible by room key only. * Fairly quiet location. * AC units in the room work very well. * Front desk staff were VERY friendly and helpful, although it was obvious their hands were a bit tied by not being totally familiar with the property, or by not having access to keys, etc. while the manager was off-site. THEBAD: * Free wifi was completely unusable for 7 of our 8 nights. On the one night it did work, it wouldn’t let me upgrade from the extremely slow free wifi to the«premium» wifi. * Bowls, plates, and cups are NOT microwave safe. They will get VERY hot if you use them to microwave food or liquids. * Bad quality electronic locks on the doors. Our first room had a lock that worked only once. Two nights in a row we had to get help from the front desk to take the lock apart and fiddle with it to get it to come to life long enough so we could get inside! The third night, we had to ask for help twice just to get into our own room, and then we were able to move to another room. * Re: electronic locks, after 4 nights in our new room, I noticed that that lock was starting to flake out, too. I would have to put my card in the lock multiple times for it to even light up. Seems to be an electronics issue that keeps the locks from maintaining power or something. * One more, re: locks. Hotel maintenance was supposed to come twice to fix the lock on our initial room, and according to the front desk they never did. THEUGLY: * Both rooms we stayed in were not cleaned very well. Dishes/cutlery were dirty, sinks were poorly cleaned. In our second room, there were urine spots on the toilet from a previous guest. * Our first room(smoking) had a horrible smell. We bought cheap air fresheners from the dollar store to make it bearable. * Our second room(non-smoking) didn’t stink too badly… Although leaving the window shut for security while gone during the day meant coming home to a really stuffy and old smelling room at night. * The third floor seems to be all smoking rooms. Even if you book a non-smoking room online, make sure you CALLANDDOUBLECHECKINADVANCE. Despite specifying non-smoking when we reserved weeks in advance, we were stuck in a smoking room for the first 2 nights because there were no other rooms available. * I have a strong suspicion that one of the cleaning staff used our room to smoke some weed. We came back one day from being out in the city, and even though our room was not scheduled to be cleaned, there was a very strong marijuana smell that was isolated entirely within the room. THESUMMARY: * This place served our bare bones needs. My wife and I were relocating to Colorado and needed a place to shower, sleep, and cook basic meals. ” If you just need the absolute basics and a good location with easy access to the Interstate and Denver, this is a really economical way to go. BUT… * Do what my wife and I did: bring a couple of containers of «disinfecting wipes» from Walmart or something. You’ll use at least one container sanitizing the kitchen, the bathroom, the furniture, etc. but you’ll be able to sleep better after doing so. (In fairness, the manager of the hotel did apologize to me in person and by e-mail for the uncleanliness of the room and the problems with the locks. Still, one wonders why this manager wasn’t more pro-active when her staff called her 3 nights in a row about multiple problems with our lock.)

I usually do not write bad reviews.” I needed to find accomodations for 5 days in the ‘north west’ area and wasn’t willing to pay an arm and a leg for a bed, bathroom, and shower. The Good — Needed Bed, Bath, and Shower(got ‘em). Plus — kitchen area with a mini fridge, microwave, plates, etc.(there is a Safeway on Washington so I picked up some items and saved myself a little money). The Bad A/C didn’t work — even though it cooled down to 50 in the evening — since I was on the second floor the room got hot during the day(I didn’t want to make it a habit of being there during the day — so I didn’t mind). Smoking — In spite of my room being a ‘non-smoking’ room — it was clear that the room below/next door was — I tolerated the smell! Bed — the worst bed known to man kind…(better than sleeping in the car? push). Overall — would I stay there again? I will check into other options next time.
