Good quality sandwich, but. The first time I ordered a Turkey and bacon, I didn’t get much bacon. The second time I ordered the same I told them I didn’t get much bacon the first time. Still not much bacon. The third time I ordered and payed for extra bacon. Still not much bacon. Not alot of cheese either. Kind of disappointed.

I enjoy Firehouse Subs 100% more than Subway. My husband usually gets the Italian and I get the Beef & Cheddar Brisket. I also appreciate that they have a lighter menu. Always pretty busy at lunch time, but they are quick and efficient. I’ve eaten here many times and the staff is always pleasant and gets my order right!

This is a great place to get a quick, yummy sandwich. All of the locations are locally owned, which I found out when I tried to use a coupon. They were only accepted at a different location. Sign up for the rewards program to earn points toward free sandwiches, drinks, etc.

I really love the fact that this is a locally owned establishment, and that the owners are always at the shop. It shows that they take pride in their restaurant and want to be involved. I appreciate the«lighter» menu, and always opt for the Hook and Ladder Light. The sweet ham and the moist turkey are delicious, and the sub always comes out warm and toasty! This location gets really busy and could stand to have twice the floor space. The subs take a few minutes to get to you after being ordered, but I am OK with waiting when I know it’s made fresh and to order. Good subs, good cause, and good people working there!

I’ve been to another Firehouse Sub and this one had much less fresh flavor. BUT they did fill the sub with generous portions of the ingredients so that did make up for it. Food was not bad, just it wasn’t all that great.

This is the best warm sub franchise in the nation. No Quiznos for me. The food is consistent from store to store. I’ve eaten at FHS all over the country.

This place is packed(probably new) first time and I liked it. Kind of loud(it’s small inside) the staff was friendly & fast. However the cashier explained the menu once he knew I had never been there. I would go back.

I have been to other firehouse subs and have liked it. This new store in Thornton is a huge let down. I know it’s a sub house but I ordered a salad as well. I honestly have never had a lamer salad ever. Huge bowl of weird lettuce with a dollop(about a large tablespoon) of chicken salad on top. Little teeny tiny pieces of cheese and green peppers. I would not recommend it at all… Big fail for $ 9

Whenever my boyfriend and son go in maybe one person will say«welcome to firehouse.» Lack of enthusiasm to an extreme. The dining room – whether the restaurant has 20 customers or 5 – is a mess. Our sandwiches are always made correctly(wait times could use some work 8+ minutes). I’d also like to point out two gentlemen that work for this location. Unfortunately I do not know their names, but one employee who has some tattoos and facial hair gave our son a fireman hat when he wasn’t even clocked in and was about to leave from work. He was so friendly and went out of his way! Another young gentlemen, I believe he wears a collared shirt now(well deserved) has recognized me and is always so friendly.

Very friendly service and delicious subs and salads. I love the Hook & Ladder best! Great place for the family to grab a bite to eat.

Came in with my hubby for some lunch before a shop-a-thon at Cabelas. We ordered, found some seats and our sandwiches were brought to our table. We were both really happy with our food. It was super tasty, tidy and served with a smile.
