If I could give zero stars for the rudest customer service I have ever experienced I would. I purchased two groupons for a glamour day for my girls. When I called to schedule the woman told me that they were booking into June(this was March). I explained to her that the Groupon expires in April and she said no problem it will still be honored after expiration. I said that I would have to call back to book. She was very nice, however didn’t get her name. I called back today to speak to one of the most horrid people I have ever dealt with. She laughed in the phone and said«oh really» when I explained the situation. She grudgingly started to make an appointment telling me they are now into July. I explained my kids will be out of town for the month of July to visit their father and asked about August. She laughed again and said she is not extending the Groupon that far and that it’s not her problem. I asked to speak to a manager, again laughing she asked if I wanted the owner to call me back. I said yes please and asked her name. She then hung up on me and refused to answer the phone again. I have up trying after 10 minutes if calling. Do not purchase any Groupon from this place our any services for that matter. I an going the owner makes this right and calls me back. I had to leave voice mails after they refused to pick up the phone. The worst customer service I have ever experienced… Anywhere!!!

I must give this place a 5 star review! My 11 year old son had his first professional massage here! He loved it and felt great. Angie is awesome! She made him feel comfortable from the beginning. She asked him questions and inquired about his concerns or needs. This is the first place I have found to do a child’s massage. Scheduling was super easy. Staff is welcoming. Facility is clean! All around great place to pamper your babies! Go check it out!

After reading all the reviews, I was very worried that I would be stuck with a groupon voucher that would be a pain to redeem but omg the owner was great!!! She fit my daughter in during her spring break. My daughter was extremely happy with the services that she received and came home one happy princess. I love the art that was done and the care that was given to my daughter. She has already requested another visit to get daddy, lol. My only advice to others is that the spa is inside of a huge salon complex so I was lost trying to find suite 10!

2 stars for my 5 year old niece’s experience. She was SO excited for this appointment and came home polished, tinseled, and smiling. From a business(and adult) perspective, this concept is amazing — but the delivery I experienced was a major fail. I purchased the Groupon for a haircut /90 minute spa appointment. While I fully realize that Groupons can be chaotic(and even nightmarish) to vendors, the whole purpose is to drive business. It completely defeats this purpose if the business doesn’t turn the coupon client into a repeat client. I called and left a voicemail requesting an appointment for Sunday, assuming they were open because I was unable to locate the hours of operation on their website. Again, realizing they may be busier than usual, I also sent an email stating the same. The following day I had not been contacted back at all, so I called again. I requested Tuesday, was told they also do hair chalking and tinseling and thinking this was a nice upsell, I agreed to add chalking to the haircut. I was then told there was no hairstylist there on Tuesdays and replied that wouldn’t work because I specifically bought this Groupon for the cut. We moved to Thursday, I added chalking anyway, and my sister scheduled a half day from her job to make Thursday work. Thursday morning I received a voice mail(from the same woman I scheduled with) confirming the appointment, but with a «by the way, we no longer have a hair stylist but can do chalking or tinseling instead». Right?! My sister returned that call and I wasn’t present during the conversation so it’s not fair to quote it, but I will say my sister was less than pleased about more than taking a half day from work — especially when we weren’t even able to get what we already paid for. Pass.

I am quite upset by the review above that complained about the cancellation. I received the same call, and the reason for the cancellation was that the owner has cancer and is having surgery. This is a very small salon with only a couple of employees, so the owner’s being out makes it impossible for them to keep appointments. When I explained that I had picked today for a particular reason, they went out of their way to offer my daughters the two services that the owner does not perform and to reschedule the other two for the spring. My daughters are actually happy, because to them it is getting two spa days instead of one. My daughters had facials and hairstyling today and were ecstatic. They loved being pampered and looked beautiful. They can’t wait to go back.

I purchased two 3 hour spa packages for my 12 yrs old daughter & her friend. I called to schedule and the 1st available appointment was 3 months later. I wasn’t happy but took the appointment. 1 week before our scheduled time I received a phone call saying they needed to reschedule & that the 1st available spot was 4 months later. Since my original purchase I have seen the business continue to run Groupon deals and yet they do not have the staff to accommodate people from Sept 2013. I asked why they don’t hire additional help and the receptionist«danced’ around the question. From my first phone call to dealing with this business for months now I would not recommend waisting your time. They clearly do not care about the customer nor have to staff or business sense. I’ve since received a refund from Groupon & I’m grateful I don’t have to deal with this business again. I doubt they will be around much longer.
