Gas Fireplace Service Company

Be careful with this company. Victor is incompetent and does not understand gas log fireplaces. While cleaning (very little cleaning — missed all the inside mechanical area) he mistakenly unplugged the fan motor so the fan didn’t work at all. I had originally called and scheduled the appointment for a long delay in the fan starting after turning on the fireplace so you would think he would have checked that after completing what very little service he performed. He never did try to run the fan motor on the scheduled visit and was surprised when I called him back about it not working. What really gets my goat about service people like this is their bad mouthing their customers after the fact and when it was obviously their screw up. Stay away from this company.
