KFC

Every time I give this KFC a chance I am extremely disappointed. Keep giving them a second chance with no luck. Always out of biscuits, and tonight the popcorn chicken was hard and unedible. No more chances.

Eat somewhere else. They were out of most food even chicken. Manager to busy hanging out with friends to be any help. Food was unedibal over cooked and old not fresh. My son’s hotdogs was dark brown and hard, bun was hard as rocks. And the entire store was filthy. For your own safety stay away.

We placed an order at the drive through at this KFC during a time when the store wasn’t busy. As a matter of fact, there were no other cars in the drive through at all. We placed a very simple order and the owner was the one filling the order. We had to make another stop before going home. When we did, I looked at the order and it was incorrect. We took the order back to the store and the owner assured us the order was then correct. After we got home, we discovered that the order was still not correct. In addition to the order not being correct the lemonade tasted like bad water. We called and the owner made excuses.
This wouldn’t have been so bad if this was the first time this happened, however, it wasn’t. The time before this visit, the order was also not correct. We told them about the error and they just said that the order wasn’t correct, but they hadn’t charged for what we ordered and that was the end of that. There was no offer to let us pay the correct amount and get the correct order. Their attitude was just oh well. Again, this was a very simple order.
Needless to say, we will not be returning to the KFC.

This has to be one of the Worst franchise (hopefully not company owned places I have come across in a while. Always sub par, orders always wrong. Incomplete or just totally wrong. Out of bisquits for 45 minutes, REALLY. And don’t think of informing mgmt. because she’s young and incompetent.

This location isn’t so bad, or so good. It is just A-​OK, nothing more. The food is cooked, it tastes like your basic KFC. The employees are generally fine, not rude, not overly polite either.

Used to be decent. Horrible service, barely apologetic, and they even removed the old root beer tap in favor of the regular soda machine which malfunctioned.

As I continue to check out the various restaurants are that located in the area I recently moved to, I unfortunately have to say that the other reviewer is right on the money. This KFC/A&W location was pretty trashed in the dining area, flies included, and here’s a scenario of the staff: two people working the counter and the kitchen, one employee sitting in the dining area with her two friends the entire time I was there, practically groaning when someone called her from behind the counter that her break was over, two employees outside smoking at one of the outdoor dining tables, and a 20 minute wait for food — all with zero customers! The first table I sat down at was covered with crumbs, so I eventually got up and moved to another one. No problems with the food I ordered (I went with a cheeseburger combo and a regular coney), but the wait time and employees killed it. Subsequent visits have not been too much better — got charged twice for a root beer float, got onion rings brought to me but they somehow forgot the corn dogs along with it, etc.

The food tasted great. The cook did an excellent job! Would recommend to all chicken lovers.

Slow staff and messy eating area. The two times I’ve been in there’ve been trash and someone’s unfinished food on tables and flies buzzing around. The first time, the wait was obnoxiously long for four A&W floats. The second time was a bit faster and we ended up with extra food on our order. Their mistake, my gain. All in all I don’t recommend this A&W if there’s a different one near by or if you’re really hard up for a Root Beer Float.
