Honestly, I don’t see why these donuts are so popular??? Upon entering the store, you are immediately hit with a really really strong sugar smell. The donuts are very small and overly sugared. Not impressed at all. Will definitely not be eating Krispy Kream donuts anytime in my future again. Yuck

They have gone down hill. Staff unfriendly, donuts half size as used to be, grease used to fry donuts was a bit rancid, out of many types of donuts. I will never return. Drove from city to get these donuts and the city donut places are far superior. Don’t waste time. Grocery store would be better.

I made a detour on the way to ski on April 1st, just to get some Krispy Kreme original donuts. To my surprise and disapointment, they had ZERO original donuts at 6:50 am! Initially I thought it was a April Fools pranks, but it turned out that it was just poor management. I did not want to spend 15 minutes waiting for donuts, especially since I had already detoured off I-​25, so I left empty handed. This store is already in an inconvenient location and I will not waste my time going there again!

My husband asked me to get donuts for his birthday. I attempted to order a variety dozen of donuts. They had no original, sour cream, cruller and others. The girl taking my order just kept messing it up. Then a guy gets on the register and is being short with me. I ask him why he’s being rude to me when I’ve been incredibly patient through the entire process, that I was on my 6th attempt of giving the girl my order. I attempt to get back to ordering and every donut I request is out. I’m done. I say nevermind and leave. We don’t buy donuts very often, but I’m not sure I’ll ever be back. I’ll definitely be looking for a dunkin donuts.

Very unfriendly and lethargic staff, slow. My kids asked if the workers were zombies. Hot fresh donuts were good, otherwise 1 star. About 15−20% of the donuts coming off the line were bad due to a stuck donut in dough form on the line, and the workers just kept throwing them away, and not taking 10 seconds to fix the problem. After waiting 20 minutes for the worker to get pack 4 dozen donuts for other customers, I asked if it was normal for so many to be coming off the line bad. She wouldn’t even look at me or talk at me, just mumbled «No not really, but sometimes». Another worker came over and couldn’t find boxes to use for the drive through, and instead of grabbing a bunch just kept going back and forth to get one box at a time. Needs better management and training.

Came to Krispy Kreme for a fun date night. We parked and walked right into the store which immediately smelled like sugar glaze and heaven. The little factory conveyor belt is so interesting and it’s fascinating to see the cute little donuts make their way through the huge vat of oil and the waterfall of glaze we know and love!
We were offered a free fresh glazed donut right away and it was one of the best food experiences of my whole life. Hot and sweet and perfectly cooked; these donuts are to die for. Just make sure you go during the hot light hours!!!

What bothers me about this place is lack of care. Donuts are great so is the coffee, just wish the employees looked like they were glad to have a job.
One donut was greasy tasting. But liked the other 2 I had.

Yet another establishment with a GREAT product and BADLY managed. Went there on a really busy Saturday and the line was out the door. I figure one of two things are happening here; extremely slow staff OR confused and needy customers who don’t realize that there are other people in line.
We walk in and there was NOBODY AT THE REGISTERS and one dude filling a box of donuts! It’s Saturday people! Let’s get more staff in there to help your paying customers.
I guess they know they have great donuts and are the only KK around for miles so they don’t give a f***.
Take a look at thier work area floor next time you’re there for a real treat!

Fatty sweets? Yes, please! I love love Krispy Kreme, the staff here is friendly and nice. They gave me two free doughnuts because I felt needy and needed my sugar fix. It’s rarely ever busy here, yet the doughnuts are fresh. This isn’t one of those fancy doughnut shops downtown, but it’s simple and delicious.

What else needs to be said other than «Yummmmmmmm». Totally worth it.
My boyfriend bought a dozen while we were there for the week. He probably ate 3 in the car and that’s on top of the free one we received as we walked in. At first, I didn’t think I’d get anything, but after eating the free one, I HAD to have some. They are so good!
We also got an iced coffee from the fridge. It was bottled, don’t remember what brand. I think it was vanilla flavor. Those are VERY good.

I visited this location at 5pm on a Tuesday. It was fairly quiet, so we didn’t have to wait long. We were greeted pleasantly, the facility was clean, the staff friendly, no complaints. This was my first time trying Krispy Kreme and it exceeded my expectations. The limited edition salted caramel latte doughnut was glorious. Perfect flavor, texture, super fresh, soft and delicious. I would become a regular if they weren’t 30 minutes away!

very good donuts, i was wanted a donut and we settled for dunking donuts 88th as it is way closer to my house. little to say those donuts went in the trash and i ended up at krispy cream the next night for donut redemption. I have never meet a krispy dream donut i don’t like, I’m not even a donut fan. this place has consistent food at good prices. paid less here and got a better product.
Lamar’s are the best donuts in colorado still.

I love a fresh glazed donut. The only problem with that is you cannot eat just one! There are only a few Krispy Kreme locations in CO, and fortunately for me this one is really close to home. Look for the light on outside to see if they are making fresh donuts at the time you arrive.

I don’t normally treat myself to donuts but once in a blue moon I like coming o this location because of its convenience to my house. The donuts are always made fresh and «Krispy». I’ve never had one bad donut from this place. A great place to get a sugar high!

Stopped by to get the double dozen special they have.
The deal is you get one dozen of all glazed donuts and another dozen you chose whichever kind you like.
Not sure if it’s the day we came or if this location makes them like that, but the glazed donuts were super thin and had a huge donut hole. Doesn’t even look like a proper donut.
Also, the donuts didn’t taste too fresh either. We ate them right away and it seemed dry. After a day, the donuts were even more dry.
We went to the location in Lone Tree and the donuts were fine, maybe it’s just a bad day at the Thornton location. Who knows.

I took my family here and watched the donuts float along the conveyor belt, then take an icing bath before ending up in my belly! What a fun thing to witness before giving up sugar! We went out with a BANG though. Thank you Krispy Kreme for donuts that melt in your mouth. We loved it!

This is the one of the few Krispy Kreme restaurants around town! I love coming here because its friendly service, clean, and quick place to grab a delicious donut!
During the holidays they usually have new flavors coming out. Sometimes I would get a free donut handed to me that was just pulled off the line! AMAZING! its like fried sugary heaven =)
Sadly, the last time I came here, the girl who I spoke to didnt seem very knowledgable about the new flavors and I had to just randomly pick out some for the dozen I was buying. I wasnt happy about the ones I got.

My weakness. Donuts (drrooolllll). I love me some Krispy Kreme donuts, and who doesn’t??? Have a bunch of calories to spend? Indulge in some of these sinful creations. This place is dangerous. Have a donut fresh off the line– they literally melt in your mouth. These are sin, incarnate. Don’t say I didn’t warn you.

Right around the corner, and the best part of it all was that I went in right when the Hot Doughnuts Now sign was illuminating, and got a free sample. It had been years! Open pretty early and late, although not 24 hour. Lots of little yappy kids, but you’ll get that at any KK. The only downfall: after several repeat visits, I happened to notice that they completely took away the free wifi. It was one of the fastest, most stable connections in the entire shopping center.

Definitely a guilty pleasure here. The girlfriend and I will come here for one doughnut each and leave with a whole dozen since we have no self control.
The always friendly staff gives us free doughnuts most of the time. Can’t come here all the time for obvious reasons, but so very good! The glazed is, of course, the best.
