Heather was able to get me in their schedule quickly. Bill came out to service our HVAC system and to check out our fireplace insert. He was extremely knowledgeable and worked efficiently. He got my fireplace working and made sure our HVAC system was thoroughly checked out. Great friendly and professional service.

Precise Mechanical was a DREAM to work with. I am an absentee landlord and have had difficulties finding contractors who will work with me since I’m out of state. That was not the case with Precise. I called on a Sunday, spoke with a technician, and scheduled work for Monday morning. On Monday, I received a call from Heather. She organized everything with me then worked with my tenant to find a good time to come out. The technician who responded to the call was professional, thorough, and friendly. My tenant had wonderful things to say about him, and I appreciate the two phone calls, walking me through the issues, the cost, and calling when the work was complete. I’m so impressed that I am referring them to my folks — you have to be really good for me to recommend to my folks ;)

Called Precise with issues on a 37 year-​old furnace and they were able to send Billy out the same day to take a look. He talked me through the problem, went for a specialty replacement part and did a long overdue thorough cleaning of the rest of the furnace. I’ve been living here 3 years and never noticed how pitiful the airflow was from these vents. After Billy’s thorough cleaning and repair the difference is night and day and he gave me some useful tips and advice for upkeep without ever pushing hard to replace the furnace. Super personable and thoughtful, he even called the next day to make sure everything was still running well. Awesome customer care and a fair price, with a furnace this old… I’m gonna keep Billy on speed dial just in case!

We had them replace a 30 year old boiler system with a new one after a neighbor highly recommended them and their estimate came in fairly priced. I had others come in higher and lower, but Precise seemed to truly understand what they were doing and they thought of everything. We were scheduled to have them do it in October, only to have the old boiler stop working on a Friday night. Over that weekend, Precise came out and ultimately decided that it wouldn’t make sense to make a costly repair and to just swap the system out now. Greg saved the day by having his crew (Craig, Mike and David) come out that Tuesday on extremely short notice. The crew could not have been nicer and more knowledgable. They would always keep me in the loop, were respectful of our children (even asked if we had any sleeping babies because they were about to make a lot of noise!) and made sure our pet was safe. This was a massive job (boiler, valves, exhaust pipes, hot water tank, thermostats, etc) and they did it without flinching and even set up the appointment for the city’s inspector to come out. Couldn’t be happier and no one else will ever touch my system for maintenance.

Precise Mechanical just left my house after a furnace tune-​up. Professional, friendly, knowledgeable and they showed up during the promised time window! My husband can’t say enough good things about the gentleman that came to our house. He went above the call of duty vacuuming out a pipe that was really out of the scope of the work of a «tune-​up» to the furnace itself and helped show us some things we should be checking/​doing on a regular basis to keep the furnace running up to par. Put these guys in your rolodex and call if you have any heating/​cooling needs.
