If this company had enough spaces for visitors it would be nice. Nice I have to pay over $ 200 just for visiting a friend for parking at an incorrect location. A parking ticket would’ve sufficed. even the employees park illegally

Awful! This place looks nice, but isn’t. From the beginning and like others have said, you’re not allowed to see your apartment until move-​in day. My place has a MINI washer and dryer, which of course, the model apartment they show you has a full size washer/​dryer. I was pissed. You can’t even wash king sized sheets or blankets in it. The NEW management company is terrible so far! You cannot set up online payments. They tell you it can be done, but it can’t. They also seem very uninterested in fixing this issue, saying «well that’s how it is». They charge you for year round amenities, like the pool, jacuzzi, weight room… but it’s all broken! The pool and jacuzzi are NOT heated even though they tell you it is! The weight room has 2 TVs with no service hooked up to them. I’ve put in requests for all this to be fixed. It’s been several months now on the TVs in the weight room and nothing. They did not do the annual fall clean up of leaves and branches on the grounds so all the residents and pets are tripping over broken branches everywhere– for months now! They don’t have a service for picking up dog poop that residents don’t pick up. They said they pay someone… but then said, «well, hmmm… I don’t know what’s going on with that». They’re super polite in the front office but couldn’t care less about actually making things right. You do NOT get your money’s worth here. Do NOT pay thousands to live where everything sucks. I’m getting out asap!!!

The staff is extremely helpful and willing to do anything to help you find the perfect apartment. Apartments are in good shape and in great area!
