This place is a joke and Shantel the so called owner who is actually not the owner, is the biggest joke there is. She deliberately left my daughter at school because of a disagreement over the hours that we had agreed apon. After making me late for class she called and left a message on my voice mail laughing telling me that she hoped I got it in time. Never said hey I’m leaving your kid at school. The school informed me that she had been there for almost 2 hours and that they tried the daycare 10 times before they would pick up the phone. They then told school that she is not their responsibility and they didn’t care who came for her it would not be them. This is not to mention me having to leave work the first week she was there because they found imaginary lice. Again Shantel doing. Please parents stop and think before you leave you children here. All the bumps and bruises and bad mouthing they did on my child kept her in tears and when asked no one knew what I was talking about. This place needs their license removed ASAP
