US Post Office

This has to be the most ass backwards post office ever. Ms Post Office is extremely rude, has no desire to be of service. Not in the least bit Pro Active or aware of what her job might be. recites the postal code any time she doesn’t want to work. if you ask for the supervisors number she gives you the 1 800 number to no where. Having moved to Thornton recently I became aware that they have no mail delivery to your home. You have to have a PO Box. Okay cool no buggy. But for the fact that order online from most companies do not allow delivery to one. If you put your street address in it usually does not except because it is not a US postal address. Of course cross referencing the po box and street address could solve the problem, however since the employees don’t have this problem themselves. They don’t care!!! The waste of money that this facility causes by sending items back to the main sorting facility to have it forwarded right back with the po box is same post office is offensive to this tax payer. As well as Ms postal worker doing it out of spite. I was told by her that she would send my mail back if no po box on address. Needless to say I no longer shop on line. Although Post Office says it can be done. Looking at the attire of many of the employees. Shopping is not something they do. Unless dirty jeans and T Shirts are what ur looking for. Time to start a letter writing campaign.
