I tried this dry cleaner because they had a $ 10 off coupon in the local mail. I was given a very expensive white down jacket that had the usual type of dinginess that white clothing gets + some severe make-up stains on the collar. When I dropped the jacket off I explicitly asked the person behind the counter if they thought they could get the stains off. She said they could get the stains out, but it might not look like new. I said, ok as long as they got the stains out. I was blown away when they said $ 40(even with the coupon!) They had already tagged the jacket and whisked it away and I was in a hurry.. . A week later I go pick up the jacket. There is a giant light orange blotch right on the front left sleeve in an obvious place. I don’t even remember there being a stain there to begin with when I dropped the jacket off.. .they did ok on the collar, but if there’s a giant stain on the sleeve, what good is that? Combined with the mysterious new stain, the jacket still looks kinda dingy.. .doesn’t even smell particularly clean. The lady acted like she was doing me a favor taking another $ 10 off. I should’ve just left the jacket there.. .$ 30 is too much for a jacket that is unwearable. I feel bad writing this cause they seem like a family owned business but next time I should read the other reviews and believe them. Don’t trust them with your clothes. They are overpriced and don’t do the job.

Okay, dry cleaning seems fine, pressing seems fine. The woman gave me a hard time for using a coupon that they issue themselves. My husband paid to have shoes re’soled and they did, just to break a week later. Too pricey for the service
