A beautiful indoor tennis facility with 5 indoor courts that is located within the Riverwinds Complex. Although members receive a small discount at the tennis facility, it is open to the public for court time, clinics, and lessons. Court time, lessons, and clinics are certainly not cheap, but playing tennis in the winter is not a cheap endeavor — wait for the summer when you can play at a plethora of free outdoor courts if you have other ways to get your exercise in the winter. My son came for one of the youth clinics that are offered throughout the year in 6 week sessions and has loved it. The pros are fun, but challenge the kids to get better at the same time. As you can imagine, court time during the winter is in high demand so talk to the attendant about how to best get your tennis fix. All sorts of packages are offered for court time and contracted time. There is also a small pro shop in the lobby and a lounge is available on the second level to let you watch your kids play. The entrance to the second level is hidden a little ways down the hallway to the left of the front desk.
