Arrow Glass of Thousand Oaks

Mike and Matt are great, with service that was prompt, priced as quoted, friendly, and well executed! I got all I paid for in an efficient and quality installation. I enthusiastically endorse them.

I am looking at my beautiful windows and am so happy someone referred me to Arrow Glass. I had already received an estimate from one of the big box companies and was shocked at the amount! Arrow Glass gave me an estimate for the work I needed that came in at only one third of the other estimate. Mike and his assistant arrived promptly, did the work quietly and neatly and even helped clean out years of leaves that had accumulated outside one of the roof windows that I had been unable to reach. They vacuumed out the window frames, cleaned the windows inside and out– and when I paid the bill, I found it was exactly what they had quoted me– not a penny more. I recommend them enthusiastically!

The guy on the phone was ridiculously rude when I was giving an estimation of the size and shape of an antique art deco vanity the needs a replacement mirror, because it cracked during moving. He kept pressuring me for exact measurements, when I gave an approximation and explained I was at work. I told him the approx size and he kept giving me the song and dance about «how can I possibly work with the information you gave me» in a snide tone. Then he said probably $ 300 to cut the mirror. Whatever to the price (although it seems high), but I wouldn’t give this guy a plugged nickel since apparently he has no customer service skills. That’s no way to treat a customer. I realize I didn’t know the size offhand, but he could’ve been friendlier on the phone if he hopes to gain business.

i just had a shower enclosure installed. So thankful that I used Arrow Glass. The owner himself came out and gave the estimate. Matt and Kevin did the instillation. Everyone was on time, professional and
so clean that i couldnt even tell they had been there! I highly recommend this company !!

We needed a custom cut (racetrack shape) glass protector for a chinese-​motif credenza.
Matt was helpful on the phone and explained exactly what was needed (bring in either a template or the existing glass which was broken in two). I brought the broken top, he wrote up the estimate and I was out of there in under 10 minutes. He said it would take two days and that he’d call when it was ready. I got the call the next day! When I picked it up, they were very friendly, paid for it (by the way, it was 30% cheaper than an online quote from another glass company that was over an hour drive away!) and had the glass top in the car in under 5 minutes. Throughout it all, both Matt and the woman manager who handled the payment were friendly and helpful. Highly recommended.

I would not recommend this business. They are only open 8 – 5 Mon-​Fri and have a small staff. Their communication is poor and they were reluctant to call me when my window was ready or when the glass came in. I had to call them. I had a broken front window, so I brought it in to be measured, waited for the glass to come in, had them fix it, but then they told me they broke the window after they fixed it. They would not give a discount for this inconvenience. I was told, «It’s glass, it breaks.» I ended up transporting my window to or from their store six times.
