This guy is a joke! I hired him to clean my tile and grout and he FAILED! I was able to do a better job with water and a scrub brush. I contacted Bob to let him know I was not happy with the result and would like him to to come back and do the job he was hired to do. At first he acted like he cared but the next day he called to tell me he would have to charge me. I don’t understand how I can do a better job with water and a brush than someone who does this for a living with chemicals and proper tools. He went on to personally insult me. At this point I decided to cut my losses and end our conversation. You would be better off hiring me with a toothbrush and bucket of water.

Met Bob around 2002. Had him do my Condo in WLV. He did that for 2 years and did a great job. Bought another home in 2004 and I’ve used him about 3 times a year since. He’s great. Always reliable, always calls me back, has ALWAYS been on time and is in and out in less than 2 hours. Had some pets and now a child, he’s always done what’s needed to work around that stuff. He’s always done my stuff for a reasonable cost. No idea what he charges others. but has always taken care of me. I use him for Rugs, Carpet and couches. He’s always done perfect work and is easy to talk with. I could go on but, Unilocal was designed to find people like Bob. Hope your experience is as mine has been with him for 12 – 13 years now.

Bob recently came to our condo to clean a few problem areas that we had. Not only did Bob provide exceptional customer service by being very accommodating with the time crunch we were in, but he did an amazing job! It looked like our carpets were brand new! I will definitely use Big Bear Cleaning Concepts again and would recommend it to anyone.

Bob and his crews do an excellent job. We have been using his service in our home for years. They are professional, reliable, hard working and great people that you can trust in your home. They go above and beyond any other carpet people that I have ever had, to assist you in any way possible. Also, Bob loves dogs. They should be the first service on any list, as far as I’m concerned.
