BOB ROBERTS PLUMBING

I have used Bob Roberts Plumbing on two different occasions and was totally impressed with Bob. On the most recent service call, he came in one day and fixed the leaking deep sink in the garage quickly and efficiently. He had all the proper tools, did not make a mess, his van is beautiful, Bob is high tech on his ipad and sends you an email for your invoice. He takes cash, check or credit card. The fact that Bob is so friendly and explains things is helpful. He has charged a fair price. I appreciate how quickly he works. He «worked me in» one early morning when he could have went on to his other jobs. I appreciate his willingness to help me out and fix the water leak. Bob is a local business man and I like supporting business’s here in the Conejo. I will use Bob Roberts Plumbing in the future and would highly recommend this professional business.

Quick to respond, always diagnoses the problem quickly, makes the corrected repairs and is very clean and trustworthy. I have been using him for over 10 years now.

After the first plumber never even showed up and the second plumber I called didn’t want to work in the attic since it was too hot that day, Bob Roberts came to the rescue. Even though it was almost 100 degrees that day, Bob climbed into the attic and repaired my leaking hot water pipes. Highly recommended due to the fact that he did a great job, showed up on time and price was reasonable.

I was referred by two friends after almost being ripped off by another plumbing company. Bob is an honest and talented plumber who will not overcharge or upsell you. Highly recommend.

I wouldn’t trust my plumbing to anyone but Bob. He has been our plumber for well over 20 years. He is honest and a good person. Sure, you may find someone to do the job cheaper but do you really want a water leak? Been there, done that. That’s when I found Bob. He is truly the best at what he does.

Incredibly inflated prices for his service and the for the new hot water heater. When I needed the service it was immediately as my old heater would not stay lit after I had the gas turned off and restarted due to tenting fumigation. He quoted $ 1000 for the same water eater somewhat different due to updated requirements. However, on Lowe’s and Sears websites I later learned that no comparable heater was more than $ 700 and most were $ 5 – 600. it took his assistant 2 hours to remove and install the heaters. I will not recommend him to my many friends whom I learned are currently looking for a plumber.

We’ve had Bob out to the house a few times over the last several years. Again just a couple weeks ago. Bob is Outstanding. The Quality of his work is excellent. He call it as he sees it and avoids trying to sell you something your don’t need. We’ve been very happy with everything he’s done!

Very capable plumber, but GROSSLY INFLATED PRICING!!! Charged me $ 250 to replace a toilet in 30 minutes with his helper. I supplied the toilet. All they did was drop it in — it only took 30 minutes!!!

He is the BEST! We had a slab leak that he was able to repair without damaging the floor and when he left the area he did work in looked perfect, like it had never been jackhammered, drilled, sawed, or dusty. No more leak and pressure issue resolved!
He gets my ultimate vote of confidence and will always be the guy we call when we need plumbing service.
Also his fee is more than fair and he’s a really nice guy :)
