Conejo Restoration, under the leadership of Scott Mineo, played an instrumental role in helping our family get through a near complete reconstruction of our entire downstairs over an extended period of time due to a major water/​slab leak. There was considerable uncertainty during a prolonged process and period of time. Scott ended up, at times, as serving as our de-​facto General Contractor. Not only did he effectively oversee the reconstruction/​remediation work, he helped advise us with many of the other trades and work that was needed to do the overall reconstruction correctly. Scott and his team were curtious, responsive, clean, and professional at all times. We could not have asked for a better restoration company anywhere in the Conejo Valley. We would unequivocably recommend this company to anyone in the future!

Scott is very professional, skilled and hard working. He helped my family out of a bind, and responded quickly to solve our house flooding and all other issues that resulted from the damage. We recently needed to replace our FAU. The «box» the unit sat on was damaged from a prior water heater leak. Conejo Restoration was brought in to remove and rebuild the box. I can’t say enough about how professional they were. Scott and his crew arrived on time, were very very clean and did a professional job on removing and then rebuilding the box.
Hopefully I will never need his services again, but if the need does arise, I won’t hesitate to use him again!
