All I can say is Toni is an expert when it comes to curly hair. I have been straightening/​getting Brazilian blowouts for years and got tired of always damaging and hiding my curls. Toni knew exactly how to cut and style my hair. She also showed me how to re-​create the look she did for me. I have never been so happy with a hair cut and seeing my hair dry into a style I actually like is amazing! I am so glad I found her and will definitely be going back :)

Ditto ALL the other reviews!!! When finally deciding to abandon straightening my curly hair and amassing every product, I found Toni. She not only taught me to style my hair, the correct use of the products (I’m a «direction follower» which didn’t always work) and how to manage my curly hair. Her haircuts are phenomenal! I receive so many compliments on my curly hair since Toni took over — people stop me and ask «how do you get your hair to do that?» I’m Toni’s customer for life!

I have gone to Capella salon (twice), Deva Salon in Culver city AND New York, and every other salon in between, curly or otherwise, since I stopped chemically straightening my hair 3 years ago. Why have I gone to so many salons like a crazy person? Because I never like my hair so I am constantly seeking the perfect stylist. I’ve never left a review for any of them before, until now. Maybe they are all fine salons, but Toni is the first person to ever make me like my hair. Ever. I feel like I won the lottery. No more 80’s prom, crunchy poodle, mid-​western housewife wet look, frizzy triangle hair. Look at the photo I posted. She’s a miracle worker and worth the drive to see her.

Toni starts by assessing your hair, discusses any ideas that you may have and how much time you want to spend on styling it. She then tailors a style that is both flattering for your hair type and facial features and gives styling tips to ensure that you are able to get the same result once you are at home.
Toni is a perfectionist and ALWAYS makes my hair look great – whether the style is straight or curly. She also does a fantastic job with color and the result is natural and flattering. My friends notice and I always get compliments.

Toni is great!!! I went on line to find someone who could cut my curly hair and give it a style. I found Curly locks and i am so glad I did! Toni gave me a great cut and I loved the way she styled my hair and took the time to teach me how to do it! I went back and had her do my color as well. Every time I go into the salon I always come out happy with what Toni has done.

OMG this gal is amazing… she did such a good job on my hair. It is wavy and curly and no one ever knows how to cut it right. But she did. I would totally recommend this to all my friends, even if they don’t have curls. Toni D’Anna is the best hair stylist!
