While this store can get very busy, the staff takes great effort to make you feel as if you are their only client. They have an expansive offering of tile and stone and at the most affordable prices in SoCal. I was amazed when I asked for unusual mosaic and travertine. Not only did they have it on display but it was almost half the price of other stores in the area (most would need to order direct from the manufacturer).
Another valuable service that this store provides (free of charge) is their design sophistication. Alfonzo was so helpful in spending extra time to understand my vision, offering various options and guiding me in the right direction. This expertise and extra care truly sets Euro Stone apart. I highly recommend them for all of your remodeling needs.

Used then to install a new kitchen floor with a porcelain tile. The sales team was patient and helpful. We brought home several samples to try in our home over a period of 3 weeks. Finally decided on one and had it installed but not without a week delay because they ordered the wrong tile. Everything worked out even though it turned out not to be the tile we saw at the showroom.
This vendor has lots to choose from, but they are helpful and patient.
However, given their mistake we would probably not use them again.

Very very disappointed. Was told my order would be in ready for pick up and I was misled three different times by manager also I found out the simi store and the Thousand Oaks store use 1 truck for tile order pick ups.
