Nice place

My little guy was always pretty bored here. There’s only so much you can do and the slides are REALLY fast. Not a problem for us really, just saying! 3 stars because it’s just so-​so and we enjoyed the few times we came. He outgrew this place by age 2, but I did see some 3,4,5 yr olds enjoying it

So I decided to give this play area another try and I am pleasantly surprised! The place is clean, safe and lots of fun! Great job!

I love Shahrzad the owner ! She is a hard working mom m, who goes out of her way to keep this place updated, clean and always fun ! I had both of my kids birthdays there. Considering that’s it’s such a nice and modern place, their fees are very reasonable. Shahrzad went out of her way to decorate my sons birthday party and did a few extras things which she never charged us for. All my friends told me it was one of the mixes birthday they have been to and my kids had a blast. They ask me every day to go there and (again) since it’s super clean and affordable (and I get to do my work) I never mind ! If you want more from a playground than just jumpers, go here. They have a dress up section, arts and crafts, music and so much more …

This place is AMAZING! We just had my son’s first birthday there yesterday and the ladies were more helpful and involved than I could have asked for. We had not a single issue or something to complain about, it totally exceeded my expectations.
Aside from my son’s birthday, we have also been there to play many times. We always have a great time. The owner, Sherry, is such a sweet, caring and generous woman and makes everyone feel so welcome. The kids always have a blast while the parents are able to relax and unwind. One of the cleaniest indoor playgrounds you will see. Baby, toddler and older kid friendly — I definitely recommend The Hideout!

This place is awesome for a rainy day, playdate or birthday party! It is SO clean, the staff is super friendly, and the owner is prompt & professional! They also carry the cutest kids clothing including baby moccasins!

Nice place to hang out while the kids play. Lots of choices of different activities. A little more quiet and low key that playgrounds that attract the older crowd. Nice place for a party

Best indoor play area in the Conejo Valley, and I’m pretty sure we’ve been to just about all of them. It’s clean, fun, aesthetically pleasing, well built, and not just a room with plastic play structures. My son begs to come every day but we make it about once a week. The staff is always cleaning and picking up. Rex is very excited to celebrate his second birthday here in a few weeks. We’ve been coming since he was about 9 months old and it’s been great for every age. There’s an enclosed little area for tiny kids to flop around in.

This venue in incredible. My husband and I were looking for an age appropriate venue for our daughters 3^rd birthday and thank goodness we found the Hideout. Eleanor provided us with a nice tour and let our two munchkins play freely as we walked through the place and asked her for the necessary information for party packages etc and she was helpful.
People may be dissuaded initially if they go solely based on the «cost «for renting the place, but it was more than worth it! The two attendants helping us the morning of her party (Kaitlyn and Katrina) were AWSOME! They eagerly helped us set up, decorate and even assisted us with name tags, music choices, and put the food out. It was so nice to have an extra set of people helping us set up for a change! More importantly the girls were friendly with all of the children and adults who came as our guests for our daughter’s special day and our 4-​yr-​old son had a blast! Even the guests complimented my husband and I on what a great venue it was and how beautifully everything looked.
If you are «on the fence» trust me this place will not disappoint! Thanks again Kaitlyn and Katrina (the «two K’s lol) for all of your help and for being such AWSOME co-​hosts for our fabulous little girl!

This is the place to go. From climbing walls to super cool drum sets to lego walls and tons of educational books, your youngsters will get in the groove while spending time putting that unbridled enthusiasm to good use. Geared for kids of all ages, Hideout in Thousand Oaks promises fun for all and such a good time that everyone will want to go back again as soon as possible to experience even more of what this playground has to offer.

It’s like a huge playroom. Friendly staff and you feel like your child is plying at home. They have everything from a playhouse, infant section, plenty of books, slides, mini stage for «performing» to an art section loaded with chalkboard, marked and stamps. There is a tv in the sofa section.
Our toddler is usually shy in public and it takes her a while to go on her own and play. But here she felt like she was at home. She didn’t look for us and just occupied herself for a good 2 hours!!! She actually cried when we had to leave.

I’ve been to Hideout a few times but the last time we went for a birthday party and it was a great experience. The place has a very homey feel to it and you don’t think you are in the middle of a playground. Their staff were so friendly and the owner always seems involved in their parties which to me shows she cares a lot. I highly recommend it not only for open play but also for birthday venues!

Perfect for little ones. We went to Kids World across the street a few times and it was too big and loud. I like that the Hideout is smaller which means the toddlers won’t get lost in the sea of big kids running around. It’s a great place for them to get their energy out.
I was a little worried about how hard the flooring was though. And the slides were so fast! If the bean bags werent there in front of the mat, a few kids would be going to the ER after coming off that slide. Our friend’s daughter loved it, but she went flying head first every time after coming off the slide and that was scary for the adults to watch.
The lounge area was really comfy and the girl at the front was friendly. Will come back again!

I had to keep busy my nephew for a day and had no Idea what I should do until I took him to hideout! Such a good and safe place for kids!

I really wanted to like this place but they completely rubbed me the wrong way. I went there for a birthday party and they had me sign their liability waiver– which I of course don’t mind doing. The form asked for my contact info and my daughter’s age, birthday (typical). I was so annoyed when a few weeks later, they called me SOLICITING me to have my daughter’s upcoming birthday there. So they took the info that I gave them on the liability form and used it to make sales calls to me. Really tacky.

I love this place. It’s my boys (1.5 yr & 3.5 yr old) favorite indoor playground. I’m so amaze on how clean the place is! There’s so much to do for my boys… from playing with the cool Thomas the Train set, playhouse, drum set, guitars, color/​paint room, Lego wall, chalk wall, push cars, slides, trampolines, great reading area for kids and mom/​dad.
I had my youngest son’s 1^st birthday party there and everyone including me had a great time. The owner Sherry and the staff are so friendly and great service! I’m definitely going to throw another birthday here in the future.
I like how they’re on weekends. But sometimes they’re only open certain hours on weekends for birthday parties. Recently, they’re started to add more classes for toddlers. I love that! My older son loves Science project day! We’re definitely coming back! :)

We absolutely LOVE the hideout!!! I can’t say enough good things about this place! Sherry the owner is so sweet and welcoming! She knows my kids and myself by name and always asks how we are doing. My two boys love the place and I have to drag them out the door to leave lol. The best part, someone is ALWAYS cleaning and organizing. I’ve been there at least 10 times and someone is always wiping toys down or putting toys back where they belong. It’s a wonderful play place. I especially love they have Disney music playing. My boys love to hear their favorite songs and start dancing! Sherry, you have a wonderful business and do an amazing job!

I love this place so much! I’m actually doing my son’s 1^st birthday here in June because I love it so much.
Unlike most play places… this one is by far the cleanest. The employees are constantly cleaning throughout the day.
The inside is so unique and has areas for the big and little ones.
This place is truly a must see :)

The Hideout is just what our area needs. A totally original design and a kid friendly place that doesn’t look, sound, or smell like Chuckie Cheese! My 3 year old begs to go and my 1 year old plays happily as well. This place is a must for parents of toddlers!
