Waiting in line to be checked out with my gf and the Blonde severely skinny girl at the register says she feels sick and makes us walk around to the other register. A guy is there and checks us out but the girl that said she was sick continues to check out the customer’s that were behind us. I was the only none white person in the store, sound like racism?

I was just in the store two days ago. I received the best customer service from Julie. She was very friendly and helpful in finding the items I needed.

A great place to go to find out what is going on in pop culture especially in music and movies. My wife has a love affair with Domo related merchandise and this is the place to find stuff. Rock band tee shirts. Many choices here, but it helps if you love metal and emo stuff.

i really like their studded belts. it always finishes off my look for the day. A couple of my friends that shop for cosmetics there say that they are pretty good. ex. their eyeliners and eye shadows

I know some Goths think Hot Topic makes «alternative» clothing too accessible, thereby cheapening it, but I think it helps keep the look alive — and at lower prices. The quality is not what it was, but that’s okay. Most people aren’t going to be wearing this clothing for years and years. Who would have thought that Tripp and Lip Service would still be around so many years later? And that you could find them at the mall?!
This particular location is a bit larger than the average Hot Topic and has really good sales. Or maybe it’s just wider vs. long and narrow — but I’m pretty sure it’s larger as well. I went after Xmas and they had a larger sale section than the average Hot Topic, with lots of shoes and t-​shirts. I stocked up on t-​shirts like a Slytherin one that I always wanted for $ 5.
It’s a fun store with punk Hello Kitty, CDs, cute «goth» toys, key caps, jewelry, makeup, studded belts, hoodies, patches, buttons, bags, and hair dye. There aren’t too many places that can rival HT for its selection of music tee-​shirts and they have other really cute tee-​shirts too (even cupcake ones).
